Dr. Carl Reed

DR. Reed is amazing. My daughter went to see him once and he was very informative.

Had to reschedule appointments for my children twice. First time, I had a back injury and couldn't drive. Second time I had to turn around halfway to the appointment because I had severe abdominal issues and was not able to even call in until the next day or a couple days later. The lady I talked to lied and said I would receive a call to reschedule. No one called. When I called in today, Monica insisted I never called and was a no show so they would not see my children. Dr. Reed is a wonderful cardiologist and is sure to help us understand everything that is being done and going on with our child. The office staff is helpful when I call and welcoming when we arrive. They are polite and courteous. Best experience ever with a Doctor and office staff.

This is going to sound weird. 15 years ago I lived in Naples and had a baby girl. When she was born she had a heart murmur. We were sent to Dr. Reeds office for a follow up. Come to find out she has a bicuspid aortic valve. The last time we saw Dr. Reed he had suggested that my daughter had Turners Syndrome. Me having no clue what that is, I told her pediatrician what Dr. Reed had said. We did a chromosome Analysis and Dr. Reed was correct!!! She wasn’t born with any noticeable characteristics of a baby with Turners. Short time after finding out about the Turners syndrome I had decided to move back to Ohio. After Learning more about turner syndrome I have realized if it wasn’t for Dr. Reed suggesting that to me, we may still never know. I had totally forgot Dr. Reeds name. I have always wanted to thank him!! My now 15-year-old daughter was cleaning out her room and found a paper from Dr. Reeds office. I have always wanted to tell him that he was correct! Very smart guy!

Dr.Reed was recommended to my family when my son was 2 weeks old. We scheduled an appointment and we were seen within a weeks time. That was 17 years ago. We stayed with Dr . Reed until we moved out of the area. Dr. Reed was extremely thorough and explained my son's heart issue at length and he connected us with fabulous surgeons for our son. The staff was absolutely amazing, considerate and helpful. Since then our surgeons have retired from practice and we have a new cardiologist, one I am still not sure I am comfortable with. Which is why once all the test results are in we are going to have Dr. Reed review them and offer his opinion and how to proceed. I can tell you honestly my family trusts Dr. Reed explicitly. If you have questions he answers them, he spends the time you need with you. His bedside manner is exceptional. He truly cares about his patients and their parents and understands the stress that has just been thrown upon them.

I would recommend Dr. Reed's office. I had to take my daughter in, and everything was done right there on the spot. Echo, EKG, 24 hr monitor etc. I didn't have to schedule 10 different appointments just to get it all completed. It was so efficient. The staff was super friendly. My teen was also very comfortable - and to me that is the most important.

He has seen 4 of my children awesome doctor great staff!!!! I recommend this office
