Dr. Carl Chao Chia Hsu

I have never been to such a poorly run medical office in my life. There have been glaring customer service issues before but I just gave them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the last straw. So I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when they texted through their system. When I showed up, I was told the doctors don’t usually work this day/time and that someone messed up when they made my appt. Nobody called me to notify me of this mess up, not to mention I had confirmed through their scheduling system!! As soon as I got home, a text came through to thank me for confirming my appt ????. This is the third time I have arrived to this office and went home without my son’s shots and I’ve only been coming here for a year.

Westing time one hour waiting…..????

Besides long waiting time in your appointment in this clinic. It is hard these days to make appointment for your kids. I can’t get someone to answer my call...????

Call them more than 20 times they didn’t answer the phone, the next day the said sorry Dr. Is coming next week go to urgent care.

Love Dr. Hsu and staff, wait time can be a little longer then expected but they give quality care and have alot of patients.

Been calling them for over 3 months to schedule an apt, left voicemails and nothing! Very disappointed.

Even if you have an appointment get ready to sit and wait for hours just like everybody else...

really slow medical, if you have app morning time, you should take lunch with you, you will leave 2:00 o’clock, if you have afternoon app you should take your mattress with you.you will get exhausted. Don’t think you will leave before 5:00 o’clock.

This medical office really westing time, we came 30 minutes before our app time. It’s been more than an hour we look them to call our name. It’s really don’t care about you, there is a lot of employees going around but one is look like working. Manger might check those employees which doesn’t make their job properly.

I love this place! They have been so helpful to me especially Jessie in the front. Of course the wait time is long, but if you go to any clinic in California right now it’s like that especially for Medi-Cal recipients. I am so glad I found this place, they have been taking excellent care of my girls and I hope we never have to look for another Dr. I love this place! No time respect at all, wait time is more tha a. Hour even if you come on time.

Took in my son (1y 5m)for a walk in after i had spoke to the urgent care the night before my son had the runs they told me if hes drinking fluids just take him in early morining with his primary DR.HSU ive been going here for more then 6years never once did i have a problem with the other receptionist always very kind and helpful !!! But not today worst day I went in at 8:15 waiting until 8:30a beacuse thats the time they open i spoke to the receptions told them what the urgent care told me about coming in as a walk in for my son She said ummm well they couldnt of said that beacuse they werent open i looked at her and said yes they did here is my phone call i did and here the call they gave me back She said have a seat ill see if the doctor can see the baby .. So i sat down about 45min of me waiting I ask the receptionist so is DR HSU able to see my son not once did she look at me she was staring at her computer she said NO i havent ask him!! Worst Dr office ever!! I've been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour after my scheduled appointment.

The worst doctors office ever I've been coming here for 2 years and the doctor takes for ever to see the patient you wait at least 1 to 2 hours in the waiting room then another 30 minutes in the room. do not put your kids in this office

This doctor is family oriented, the place is clean and I do recommend it to others.

The care staff is awsome and so is the docters everyone is nice been going for years in my childhood and now 4 years into 5 years with my daughter I wouldn't change location for anything and yes it takes a bit of wait time but they actually take the time to listen for any questions or concerns a patient or parent might have. Still really slow if you get an afternoon app get a morning like right when they open is the best

The staff is friendly & the doctors really care. From checkups to minor illnesses to serious concerns, even surgery, Dr. Hsu and his staff have been there for us 24/7. You cannot find better treatment. We've never considered changing doctors offices

Dr. Hsu himself, seems fine. Although we were always rushed out and never seen in a timely manner... every appointment took hours. Plus, as a first time mom, none of my concerns were ever meet and i could NEVER get an appointment when needed (only prescheduled months in advance for shots) they should not keep taking new patients if they can't satisfy the ones they have. The front office MA'S are rude and very unhelpful.

Took my daughter in because she fell and kept complaining about her leg hurting. Dr. Hsu sent her to get x-rays, took a look at them 3 days later and said she was fine. My daughter kept crying every time she would walk. I kept persisting that something was wrong and called Dr. Hsu 2 days in a row. I received a call back from him saying he looked at the x-rays wrong and that my daughter needed a cast right away.
