Excellent. Been seeing Dr Heller for +20 years. Very practical in his approach; in my opinion he doesn’t recommend medicines, procedures, etc unless really required or very helpful to my health. When he does recommend something, I always see improvements. Example: he recommended that I be tested for sleep apnea. Even though i was only diagnosis with a mild case / condition, he suggested I get a machine due to overall positive effects it can have on my health. Excellent. Been seeing Dr Heller for +20 years. Very practical in his approach; in my opinion he doesn’t recommend medicines, procedures, etc unless really required or very helpful to my health. When he does recommend something, I always see improvements. Example: he recommended that I be tested for sleep apnea. Professional. Courteous.

They are good doctor s and staff

My husband and I go to this Medical Clinic since years. We always had outstanding service by the reception. We only see Dr. Collins, if he is not available we prefer to wait another day or two. He takes the time to talk to you and explain the issues you have. Makes good diagnostics and is always well prepared when you arrive. Dr Heller has always been great with me. He listens, does not rush me and I never have to wait more then 10 minutes to see him

Excellent medical care and he uses a proactive approach. Very reassuring to the patient.

I would not recommend them at all doctor David Is great the stuff is horrible sad part is i been going to them sinces i was 11 i am 22 now i paid a co pay of 75 dollars last time got a shot and was hoping to receive my medicine since i had the flu at the time . I went to my pharmacy a day later they said the doctor never sent anything so i waited anther day still nothing so i went to the doctor office i had to fill out a paper to get medicine when they could see in my face how sick i was and the doctor that helped me was off so i had to wait for anther doctor to help me just to tell me that the only way i can get medican if i paid anther co pay to see the doctor this is not professional at all and i hope you guys read this and realize how mess up you are i found a new doctor that helped me no problem cheaper co pay and now i feel great would not recommend this place to anyone I would not recommend them at all doctor David Is great the stuff is horrible sad part is i been going to them sinces i was 11 i am 22 now i paid a co pay of 75 dollars last time got a shot and was … More

I been taking my grandfather to there office for years. For the past 2 years they have been slacking on there service. My grandfather is having back pain, so he goes there and tells them about his back and then they took a xray of his chest. That didn't make any since, because it's his lower back. Then he went again, got the correct xray and they told him he was fine and that was that. They seen not to want to help him. I'm going to find a new Dr now. Dr. Heller's office is located behind the main entrance of Kingwood Hospital. His office accepts Medicare and Medicaid along with numerous amounts of other insurance programs. I suffer with acute Crohn's disease which I'm not an easy patient to deal with haha! With that being said he really understands what my illness is. He also is just a standard doctor or primary rather, and currently accepting new patients as we speak. Every time I've set an appointment I've usually got it in within 3 days and that's unheard of nowadays with Medicare. His staff I can't say enough about they honestly call you back when you leave a message which is rare. They also have a login system which is a laptop computer so there for you no longer have to fidget with pen and 1000 sheets of paper. You could even swipe your credit card if you need to make a payment with this laptop as well! If there were more stars I would definitely give doctor Heller more. I highly recommend anyone searching for a doctor in the Kingwood or humble area not to hesitate and reach out to their staff.... update I was recently just in doctor Heller's office as of yesterday after this review. His staff help me with the DMV getting handicap placards for my vehicles. They really do go out of the way. The building they're located in has many doctor just in case Doctor Heller is busy. Was recommended by the folks next door at Airrosti to check up some sciatica pain. Front desk personnel was extremely helpful and nice. The nurse who took my information down was just as cordial as the front desk lady. I then saw Dr. Weidig, she was just as swell throughout a comprehensive examination. I felt at ease and confident in Dr. Weidig's plan to get me back on my way to feeling 100%. Was recommended by the folks next door at Airrosti to check up some sciatica pain. I have been going to Dr. Heller for 33 years. Although he cant spend the time he used to with his patients, he is still very thorough and knowledgeable. He has always taken the time to listen and provided me with an accurate diagnosis. His office runs efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a family physician.

Stay away from these people. I have taken Neuropathy due to their negligence.

Medical people were good but administrative staff make this not worth it. Will not be returning and do not recommend!

Never was explained results of blood test from annual physical. I called twice in a span of months and I still do not know.

Hit or miss Dr's n Pa's. Have had on on several occasions where Dr or pa offered little to no help other than steroid shot. And have had to return and pay for 2nd visit to receive a rx to clear up congestion. There are some really good Dr's and pa''s but unfortunately if their not available you get one of the not so good docs or pa's

Front office staff is amazing and always greets you with a smile. MA's are great and always have a smile on their face. The Dr. always come into the room prepared and knowledgably of your past visits. Mr. Collins does a great job.

Not sure why this doctor has such low scores, he was great. The nurses were great as well on our visit. He explained everything to me, he asked questions to verify, he seems really knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. From previous reviews I see that they say they don’t go over test results or lab results, that’s because they have it on the online portal, just like all other doctors and places do. If you have questions, (just like I did) I called the nurse Bernadette I believe was her name, she was amazing and answered the questions of what some stuff on our results. Like I said, overall a great experience with this office. Thanks for all the work y’all all do. It is greatly appreciated. Not sure why this doctor has such low scores, he was great. You go to appointment have test and xrays doctor says he will call you with result that evening. So next morning you go to office doctor reading your xrays, you tell them you'll wait to find out. Hour later still in waiting room know doctor know answer to results. Then you call when you get home and you get and Viacom answering service. Still no results!! Nice enough but 10 days later still has not provided referral for cataract surgery required by Insurance. I need the surgery! I called referrals Dept; no one returned my call. I will be finding a new clinic and PCP in an attempt to have considerate patient care.
