So my son has been going through something with bowel movement and a bit jaundice I called them several times and they keep saying we’ll email the dr and we’ll get right back with you its been a week and a half no dr no call back no email I called to get an appt and they said well let me email the dr and get right back to you to see if she can work him in yesterday I’m currently on hold waiting because I didn’t even get a call back saying she didn’t have any appts so I could make one for him! I get on phone the lady that I’m sure was the one I spoke to yesterday who clearly asked for my call back number says he had an appt yesterday but couldn’t get ahold of me when I gave my now number to her so it’s my fault right! This is crazy maybe I should see another dr but I switched a great pediatrician and office to come here and I’m baffled this is happening he’s 10 months and it seems like there is no sense of urgency for his symptoms. Which clearly state if he has these symptoms he needs to see his dr !

Switched doctors because my daughter had a bad cough. Took her to her primary doctor on a Friday. Then took her here the following Monday... and Sutherland found a double ear infection and got her cough to stop. She is so patient and sweet

You can’t get a better group of medical staff, you just can’t....
