Please do not believe everything that you read Dr.Mcvay is one of the best surgeons I have met very professional , attentive and very reassuring. Everything she said will happen happened thank you Dr.Mcvay????

Everything the Dr. McVay told me would happen did in fact happen. She performed the operation with her team in a manner that is like a dream. I remmember closing my eyes then opening them to find myself out of operating room in what I was told wasa recovery room. Feeling no pain at first till a few days later. I took the prescribed pain medication and followed the Doctors written instructions. Many thanks to her and her team. True Professionals and Heros.

dr. Carie L. McVay Is rude, uncaring after surgery. Was wrong and did not need to do surgery was told that nothing found I think it was the stomach virus. Got opened up for no reason. I would say she is extremely careless. I would not recommend her to anyone. See a different surgeon and don’t let her touch you. Wish I had see the other reviews before I had surgery.

rude, rough, inconsiderate, mean, disrespectful, she doesn’t care, hurtful, not understanding, not polite to family or me, hateful, don’t give time.

Rude, not caring, no time, don’t listen, just cut open happy. I never think she should be a doctor. Run don’t let her touch you.

If there was a 0 that’s what I would give Dr. Carie L. McVay. She told me that I was just fine. I was telling her I was in serious pain, she did not listen to me. She felt she was better then me like I was not really having pain. 2 hours later she was gone & thank god. They call the surgeon down again I was rushed into the OR for a busted appendix. All Dr. Carie L. McVay wanted to do was send me home. I will never let her near me. She don’t care about the patient at all. She needs to be FIRED.

Dr. Carie McVay is the worst Dr. and person, I have ever had I am glad I found a much better doctor now, to perform the surgery that she messed up on and I was suffering because she rushed through it and messed up and I had to have it repaired or fixed you can say by my new surgeon. She acted like no big deal she messed up she was ready to just cut me open again. I said NO. She has zero bedside manners. I regreat allowing her to perform my first surgery. I don’t not recommend her to anyone.

Was rude to my family when she spoke to them did not give me much time and did not care that I was having a lot of pain. She walks around like she is better than her coworkers and patients. She seems not to have time and rushes with her patients and after she does your surgery she even acts worse with the patient. I don’t recommend her to anyone at all good luck.

Very kind and helpful and listens and answers all questions and did a great job she is the best. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. McVay is wonderful! She has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. She is compassionate and truly cares for her patients.

Although I was not looking forward to umbilical hernia surgery, Dr. McVay made the experience a positive one. She has an excellent bed side manner and is well versed in her profession. She answered all my questions and was able to accommodate any concerns or requests I had. I am very happy with the results and the overall experience and would recommend Dr. McVay without hesitation.
