I saw Dr. Suttor for the first and last time today. He is arrogant and does not listen. While he bragged that he did his psychiatric rotation at Dartmouth, and list psychiatric specialty, he was completely tone deaf to my issues. He also compared my grief from losing my husband after a debilitating long term illness to losing his uncle. Unbelievable. Do better Lexington Clinic

Call for appointment 10 am and got appointment at 10:45 am. No waiting time at the office. Dr. Suttor was very attentive, answered questions. My total experience was excellent.

I am not one to write reviews. I think a lot of times reviews are wrong. I have worked in the medical field since 1994. My first job out of HS was at Lexington Clinic. I now manage my husbands Medical Office in another state. My Dad is a patient of Dr Sutter’s. Last month, my dad went for a normal routine visit. On that visit, He specifically asked Dr Sutter about Covid, the vaccine and the monoclonal antibodies. My dad did not have Covid but was trying to educate himself and be prepared. Dr. Sutton told him that the Antibody infusion was super expensive and hard to get and was against them. That is flat out wrong! He also told my dad, that if my dad got vaccinated, that he would not qualify for the monoclonal infusion. That is incorrect as well. It is encouraged. It is even on the CMS.GOV (Medicare) website. They suggest anyone over 65 to get it right away. There are multiple locations throughout the state doing them. Free of charge with Medicare. Fast Forward, my dad found out he had Covid on Wednesday. He called Dr. Sutter’s office first thing Thursday to get an order for the Monoclonal Antibody. We found an infusion center that can get my dad in the next day, but he needed a prescription. Dr. Sutter refused to write the orders and told my dad to go to the ER to get it!!! Why would he go sit with Covid for hours in a ER for something his PCP should be doing? The ERs are busy enough. Luckily, I have been in Health care long enough to know other ways. I called the Walk-In clinic at Beaumont. Scheduled my dad for a telehealth Thursday afternoon. They were happy to write to the order. Today, Friday, my dad is getting his infusion. Dr Sutter has been very rude, uncaring and has treated some other issues with my dad wrong over the past year. My dad will not be back to see him. I noticed under the Lexington Clinic bio for him that his “professional interests include DOT and CDL physicals, pre-employment physical and industrial medicine” He probably should stick to doing just those “no brainer, pee in a cup your set to go type medicine”

Dr. Suttor is the most narcissistic, self-righteous doctor that I’ve ever met. He insulted me several times during my recent visit and made me feel more like a burden than a patient. This was my first & last visit. Lexington Clinic East has got to do better than this because you can’t get any worse than Dr Suttor. My husband and I are both seeking another physician because of the constant verbal abuse and horrible bedside manner that comes from Dr Suttor.

Extremely rude, does not care about any of your medical conditions, does not want to hear any thing at all from patients. The most uncaring doctor I've ever dealt with. Is badly tarnishing the once good reputation at Lexington Clinic east

My husband needed a prescription refill. We are in Florida for the winter. He refused unless my husband came in the office It was flomax which is not an opioid

Been using a Doctor at Lexington Clinic for years, however when he was replaced by Dr. Suttor my whole experience has been bad, he is rude, uncaring, a know it all ?, and talks down to patients.

Talks down to patients as if everyone is stupid. Couldn’t care less about how the patient feels and their needs.

Waiting times typically over 90 minutes in a very cold waiting room, plus an additional 15 - 30 minutes in exam room, an office of clutter and stacks of patient files everywhere, Doc more interested in routine tests and follow ups rather than focusing on the health issue. Spent most time on computer. Doc not interested in hearing about my health issue, and told me no one wants to see me or treat my condition. No viable alternatives for treatment. Not even satisfied with Dr. Suttor or his staff!
