My kids have been patients for 4 years now and I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. They are awesome only downer for me is they don't have a credit card machine meaning I need to always get cash prior to going to the office. The wait times are always minimum which is good cause my son was constantly sick and I had to always do walk ins. I love Dr. Zambrano he is a Great doctor but it’s the people he choose to have run his business that’s going to run all his clients away my children have been going to him for 11 years been with him since he was in his old office but not anymore sad to say. Customer service is everything. I wish he had compassionate workers like himself. Make me not want to ever step foot in his office again. I was a loyal client would take my kids in when they called an made an appointment just to bring them in for check up follow up visit when they made any appointment could have been doing okay nothing going wrong still took them whenever they called. I don’t like to feel unappreciated and not valued because of that my family is going elsewhere.
