We have been with Her clinic for 17yrs an they have aways been very helpful and if I need them for anything they usually always get my granddaughters in if needed

She is the best! When parents have a sick kid in hands, we think of all possible diseases and thanks to google for that, we become this Google Doctors and enter this panic mode. We need doctors like Dr.Heeb, who diagnoses accurately(thanks to her experience) and puts your mind at ease. I can loosen a bit since my kids are in safe hands. She is SO good if you are ABLE TO GET THE APPOINTMENT WITH HER.

If you are lucky enough to get this wonderful doctor she is amazing very smart and well educated and so sweet thank you very much.

She has taken care of my sons for years. Always available and she is easy to talk to and understand.

My grandson loves going to Dr's Heib and Robinson. If he sneezes he announces "I need to see Dr Heib."

I was only 16 when I had my first child. He saw a different doctor assigned from the hospital an the Dr was hateful an uncaring so I heard about Heeb. She is Amazing!!! Three children later an thirteen grandchildren the staff an her are so loving and caring I can't say enough!!

The whole staff talks bad about people behind their backs. Not just my family but others as well. Very unprofessional and rude.

Literally the worst place ever! I will definitely be switching pediatricians after what happened yesterday. They are rude with horrible attitudes and they sent everything to the wrong place! Took me 3 hours just to get my sick 3 month old baby his breathing machine and medicine!

Dr. Heeb is an excellent doctor she's been seeing all my children for 18 years and highly recommend her as a pediatrician.

I used to see Dr. Heeb when I was little, now my son goes to her as well. She is an amazing pediatrician, and we have never had any problems with her or any of the staff we've encountered. If you have questions, she answers them in detail. If your unhappy with something and voice it to her, she will gladly accomadate.

My son been seen in this office for almost 9 years until I got a letter today in the mail from Dr Heeb and Dr Roberts stating they were no longer going to be able to see MY SON due to his behavior on 9-19. Umm hello u treat him for ADHD for a reason. Because he has issues. Plus they had us waiting in a room over an hour and I went off on them and told them about theirselves but yet they care about their kids. Doubt it. How do u discontinue treatment on a kid that you knew from the begining had behavior issues. But yet Dr Roberts has many years of experience treating ADHD childern. I would say its time for Dr Heeb to retire. Plus u dont put late patience in front of on time ones. She use to make me reschedule if I was even 10 minutes late. ITS SAD HOW DOWN HILL HER PRACTICE HAS GONE. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR MAY BE THEY WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB THAT MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR. HOPEFULLY WHEN THE NEW PEOPLE TAKE OVER THEY SEE WHAT A HORRIBLE DR. SHE HAS BECOME. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. My Granddaughter was wrongly put into DCF and was sent to Dr Heep. Later when I spoke with her I ask how the Dr visit went. She told me she was so scared and uncomfortable didn't know what all had been done to her put it really hurt. All the Dr told her was to drop her pants and get up on the table she never once explained what she was doing. What kind of doctor takes a 17 year old girl for the very first time ever and do a examination like that and not step by step explain what is being done. Maybe she should stick to Goats.. We have been taking our 4 boys to Dr. Heeb since 2002 and have never had a bad experience, all of the staff are great and very helpful. We couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. They are the BEST!!!!

My children and now my grandchildren all have seen Dr. Heeb. I think she is a great doctor and takes time to explain things and/or go over literature. I also REALLY appreciate that I have usually been able to get the kids in to be seen the same day if they are ill.

My son was incredibly sick took him in and they couldn't get his insurance to go through which they waited to tell me when I drug my miserable baby there for nothing. Took him to er insurance pulled right up. Dr heeb refused to see him n it was their error even they turned away a sick child. I went to heeb cuz everyone said she really cares about the children nope just what she can get out of them. I go to Moscow now they will never turn down a sick child under any conditions and they are now the Dr of all three of my kids now. I took my son there on a Thursday with serious symptoms. They looked at him, weighed him, checked his temp, and as usual I was told to give him breathing treatments and benadryl and was told nothing is wrong. The next day he was admitted into the hospital and diagnosed with a form of pneumonia and dehydrated beyond belief (also something i explained to his primary car doctor when I went in) and he had to be hospitalized for 4 days. This was the straw that broke the camels back. They (the 3 Dr's we have seen there, not just limited to Dr Heeb) do not listen to you, they shrug everything off and make you feel crazy for worrying. This wasnt the first time something like this has happened in the 6 years my daughter and son have gone here, but it is the first time it was life or death and had serious consequences.
