Dr. Camilla June Frederick

I just needed to renew my DOT physical certification like I do every year, and my regular doctor couldn’t schedule me in for a few days, so I chose to check with Genesis Occupational Health in Clinton, Iowa. They could get me in first thing Monday morning at 8:00. I booked the appointment. The doctor that gave me my physical examination was was Dr. Camille Frederick. Everything seemed to go well, she found nothing wrong with me, but she said it would be a little while before she could complete the paperwork, so just hang out for a bit and the receptionist would call me when it was ready. Well, I waited for 3 hours after the physical was completed (it was now after noon), and it still was not ready. I told the receptionist that I was going home (35 minute drive) and she said she would call me when it was ready. It is now Wednesday afternoon and it still is not ready. I’ve called the receptionist a couple times to check on the status, but she always just tells me to wait for them to call me when it’s ready. I’ve been getting DOT physicals for 29 years, and have always left the doctors office with my DOT physical certification card in hand, until going to this doctor. I’m not sure how long I will have to wait, but i will never again step foot in the Genesis Occupational Health Clinic in Clinton, Iowa.

I went to Dr. Frederick at QCOH and found her to be extremely professional. She was kind and answered all my questions. Her diagnosis was spot on and she recommended me to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon. That surgeon's analysis was exactly the same as hers - which I totally expected because she took the time to really evaluate my situation. I trust Dr. Frederick implicitly.

was sent here by acuity ins co for a workers comp, was suspicious because it was 138 miles one way to come here, when I have many specialists in my area within 20 miles. Now I know why after reading my evaluation. She is in the ins co back pocket and had no intention of helping me medically. Only to get me to sign off for my employers ins co. I am a hard worker that has been working for 44 years. She comes across like she is your friend and wants to help.. beware...she lies
