I can’t say enough good things about Megan & Brittany! Always SO thorough with both of my boys & treats them as if they are their own and listens to every concern I have. As a mother I couldn’t ask for anything more, we love Rock Peds!
Usually pretty great, I love Dr Shafer. Sometimes they're quick and sometimes not. Most of my experiences here have been good. I did have one issue when my daughter was a newborn I didnt have her insurance card yet but she was insured and the receptionist acted like I was trying to scam them or something. It really hurt my feelings, as it wasn't my fault they hadn't sent it yet and there was nothing I could do about it. They could be a little nicer. But I would recommend them. Is been a while since the kids were there but Dr Shaffer was excellent, compassionate and got the job done. She was exceptional caring for my autistic son.
I seen the man doctor, I did not like him at all. The nurse and other staff was fine really nice. .but i did not like the man doctor there He wasnt professional at all.

They’re always quick to get us in when our daughter needs to be seen. They’re kind, compassionate and approachable. I’ve never had anyone made me feel dumb, never has them tell me I shouldn’t bring her in and they’re always willing to educate me as well so I know what to look for what I’m dealing with.
