Dr. Byron T Westerfield

The women working in Byron Westerfield’s office are the rudest bunch I have ever encountered in my life. They all look miserably unhappy! Two are sisters. They are rude as can be! Both are devoid of personality and manners. No class, whatsoever. Their phone etiquette is appalling too. I need to see Dr. Westerfield before he retires but I can’t stomach going to the office. And, I won’t! Makes me wonder if those women put him out of business! There’s never another soul in the waiting room so I’d bet on it. Heck, Walmart wouldn’t hire that unhappy bunch. There are too many good doctors with pleasant staff in Lexington to have ever put myself through two visits. Surely Dr. Westerfield knew how they treated people. Maybe he likes sour, unhappy women working around him. My internist never would’ve recommended this doctor if he knew the staff! Always friendly and professional.

A wonderful doctor with a wonderful staff. I highly recommend him. He has helped me with my sleep apnea for years. They are all very kind and friendly.

Dr. Westerfield could very well be the reason my husband loses his job. My husband's sleep apnea has always been a struggle for us but since the birth of our baby girl it has been getting harder for him to get quality sleep. So when my husband went to him with FMLA papers in case he was late a day or happened to fall asleep at work or while driving (both of which have happened) he denied it and said that he "just needed to get more sleep". Never seen a more uncaring person who would risk a hard working young man's job who has a 4 month old at home. I wish I could let him look into my daughter's eyes and look at the little girl who may be forced into welfare because of him. Dr. Westerfield could very well be the reason my husband loses his job. Heard great things about B Westerfield but not so? Saw him & not so impressed ! Westerfield’s staff not friendly & RUDE ! His two elderly staff members must be over worked as they looked if they would smile their face would crack. Thought their names were Dana & Ulna ?

Very professional. Always keeps up to date with my care. The office staff is kind and efficient. Icing on the cake: Dr. W. is hilarious.
