I was there in December 2021 to have a wisdom tooth cut out and he noticed in my xray another wisdom tooth was getting closer to rotting out. Ask me if I wanted both done. No pressure, he left it up to me. I decided to get it over with and glad I did. No problems at all. Staff and dr. Black were very nice. Surgery couldnt have gone better. Great surgeon and great staff.

Dr. Black could not have been kinder and more personable. His staff was incredibly nice and cordial. Each appointment I had there, I was treated as a friend.

Horribly rude staff Disliked them so much I went to another oral surgeon. Would never recommend to anyone if you want to be treated with respect.

No issues with the surgery, it all went fine. My issue is with their billing. They have overcharged me just shy of $1000, and of course you have to pay first or they won't do the procedure, and now they will not refund me. They actually have sent me an additional bill for $15. Dirty billing practices.

Dr. Black is the best Oral Surgeon. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. They are efficient and professional. I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Black and the girls made me feel extremely comfortable. Definitely 5 stars and would take any of my family members and friends there.

Overall experience was good, staff was pleasant, there were no problems with the surgery other than they wouldn't let my daughter keep her teeth, which she really wanted. Only problem I had was when the time came for a refund of overpayment, I kept being put off. It's almost five months later, they have received all payments from all insurances, and I'm still being put off. Very unprofessional billing procedures.
