Dr. Buffy Storm

I am not at all comfortable with going to the dentist but when I needed a 2nd root canal I immediately didn’t hesitate to go back to Dr. Buffy Storm. I went to Dr. Storm for my 1st root canal 6 years ago. Her and her staff made the experience as delightful as a root canal could possibly be! They really care about you and how you feel! On this last visit, Dr. Storm and her assistant, stayed well past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Storm for your endodontic needs. She’s usually booked up about a month out but they’ll do their best to help!

Dr Storm is the most compassionate, experienced, competent, talented and thorough dentist I have ever seen. She goes above and beyond to save your teeth and make your mouth healthy again ! THANK YOU for saving my tooth !! I would highly recommend this dentist!!!!

As a lifelong dental coward, I have paid a high price for listening to my fears. Had my childhood dentist been more like Dr. Storm and her trusty sidekick, Katy, I could have probably avoided needing them at this point in my life. As a wife and busy mom to 3 little ones, I'm very busy and have little to no time for procedures and recovery, not to mention it can be expensive and from past experience with ill skilled dentists I'm always afraid it will be painful,expensive,and time consuming. For these reasons I've put off getting treatment for way longer than I should have and have even settled to just getting teeth pulled before treated just to avoid the pain and process I thought a root canal was. Fast-forward to now where my new dentist referred me to Dr. Buffy Storm...I wish I was referred to her sooner, she's changed my whole idea of what a root canal procedure is. She's extremely gentle, knowledgeable, and SKILLED. I've had 2 root canals performed by her and her team and both times I felt zero pain, paid very reasonable rates, and was back to eating,shopping, and even hosting my twins birthday party by the afternoon with a thorough root canal. My teeth are not simple, and my procedures tend to lean on the more complicated side, but she's patient and gets the job done with her expertise and lastest technology. Earlier this year I served as a Temp for Dr. Bell. It's been a while but I really enjoyed working with them. All staff members are friendly and work well as a team. I wholeheartedly believe that Dr. Bell has the best interest in mind for all his patients.

I've had two root canals done at Mid TN Endodontics. In both cases, my tooth abscessed suddenly, and I was in severe pain. They were able to get me into the office immediately even though they were booked up several weeks in advance. I would definitely recommend their practice.

I was quite nervous and had many questions. They both did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and putting me at ease with their calm demeanors. I don't enjoy going to the dentist like other people however I had no issues while here. I actually started to fall asleep twice while getting a root canal. We moved from Florida to Tennessee two+ years ago. We had an excellent Endodontist there and doubted, if ever needed, we would find one as excellent. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I took a chance and chose Dr. Storm based on numerous high ratings as well as close proximity. Having been a Dental Hygienist for 25 years, I look for many things that represent quality! Dr. Storm, her Assistant Kasey, and staff met AND exceeded those expectations. If you’re looking for the best, they are it.

Had 2 root canals done there . One of them failed a few moths later. I am positive she Cracked my tooth while getting carried away with her music . Be careful . secondly, after they settle with your insurance, they always hit you with an additional bill. She tells you : I am going to permanently seal the canal now .I hope your insurance will cover it. Most likely, your insurance will not cover it. You will get hit for the extra $300 on the top of the fat fee . Had she left the permanent sealing to your regular dentist, then your insurance most likely will cover it as they do for fillings. If you make my mistake and go there, make sure ,the music gets turned off and the permanent seal is not a $300 gravy that you have to pay for . Had 2 root canals done there . I was very nervous to find that I had a cyst surrounding the roots of two teeth which was very swollen and inflamed. My dentist sent me to Dr. Storm for intervention. I told them I had my primary dentist fax my x rays over from a previous exam, and the dental assistant ignored my request, told me they had to do their own x rays, and then charged me for them anyway. Who knew a root canal could be such a pleasant experience!?! Dr. Buffy Storm and her staff put patient comfort as a high priority. I had a blanket, protective safety glasses, and a rubber dam to keep anything from getting into my mouth. ...had a root canal done by Dr Storm that was very painful. Afterward, I mentioned it was one of the most painful root canal's I have ever had and that there were 2 other small issues to the procedure. Dr Storm herself called to apologize and offer a discount on future service. She, however, tried to point out that the issues were ultimately because of something I did or did not understand or do. I would rather not have gotten an apology call than to get one where I'm belittled by Dr. Storm.

Excellent experience today with Dr. Storm and Leslie. My coworkers couldn't believe I was back at work afterward and with no pain. I still haven't needed any pain medication. They took extra time with me and know what they are doing.

Dr.Storm and her staff worked me in and stayed late to do a root canal on my tooth - they were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were so great that I fell asleep during the procedure!!

I was so impressed by this office! My appt. was at 11am and they took the time to call to tell me I can come in a little later because they were running a bit behind and didn't want me to have to wait a long time in their waiting area if I had something else I could be doing. Really? Who does something so considerate? They do! Everyone from the front staff to the back they are very warm, welcoming calming folks. I feel so lucky to have discovered this place for my awful dental issues. We should be so thankful to have them in our town. Thank you again Karen for being so kind and giving me a warm cozy blanket because I was so cold during my procedure. That helped so much. Along with the crackers and pop! lol Oh, I have to mention one more thing. The bite guard "thingy" helps a lot too. Great place to go even if you are an anti-dentite. Dr. Storm does an incredible job. No pain whatsoever. Renee was a great assistant. All of the receptionists were very nice as well. Highly Recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Loved Dr. Buffy Storm and whole staff. Appreciated their concern and help with a troublesome tooth. Also appreciated the fact that they got me in soon for my root canal. Would highly recommend.

Dr.Storm and assistant Karen were more then amazing. I was able to be seen the same day i called in and these two gracious ladies stayed over to perform my root canal. Karen prepped me and thoroughly explained to me exactly how the procedure would work eliminating all nervous thoughts i had! Dr. Storm and her assistant actually made having a root canal a pleasant experience. They explained everything that was going to happen and eased any fears that I had regarding the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Storm to anyone in need of endodontic care.

Dr. Storm made sure my root canal was painless. As soon as I felt any discomfort she made sure to take care of it. All of the staff were friendly and made sure I was at ease. I highly recommend without any reservations.

The whole staff and Dr. Storm were very kind in explaining my options, and she preformed a root canal through a tooth that already had a crown. This is the second root canal that she has she has done for me. I would not hesitate to go back of I needed to. Her assistant that works with her is kind and gentle too.

My appointment with Dr. Storm was August 5th 2015 @ 11:10 am I left @ 1 pm. My root canal went so well I almost fell asleep. Dr. Storm and her staff were so professional. My first root canal! No pain! (I took 1 percocet pill because I thought I should even though I wasn't feeling any pain and it made me sick so pain pill was unnecessary.) Went back to work the next morning. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and his assistant Angel to anyone who is needing a root canal. They both took the time to listen and care for me attentively from the time I walked in to the time that I left. Angel showed me that she cared throughout each step of the procedure as Dr. Bell does amazing work, and I'm not even in pain!!
