Poor schedule of appointments, poor at follow ups, poor at getting in contact with the office, never could reach anyone when trying to call. Its like they ghost me.

Very unprofessional nurse staff member. Treats people with no respect. I would take your health care needs to another physician.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Moore and his staff. My whole family has used him and he has always been great.

Dr. Moore performed surgery on me after I contracted a flesh-eating bacteria. He absolutely saved my life. Best doctor ever!

He did my breast reduction & the results are horrible. He left fat under my arms w/o letting me know prior to surgery that he would be leaving it. Not to mention the scars.

I had surgery for a cyst on my wrist too. It still hurts years later and my scar is awful.

Didn't even fall up with me after surgery had to call and set my own appointment time up instead of them calling me. Office needs to get on one accord with follow ups!

He's a great surgeon. Bed side manner isn't so great. And his staff is wonderful except for one nurse. And he's in a new building that has a/c.

Dr MOORE has great knowledge of what was wrong with me. He immediately operated on me and helped out another Dr who pawned me off to him. I'm still in the process of getting better. It's good to know there are still doctors out there who care and know what together doing. The staff are very friendly and have always answered all my questions & get back to me within 24hrs. Dr. Moore is who you need. He does an amazing job and takes care of you. Day or night. I would highly recommend him.

I've seen him only twice still have no bad thing to say. Nice and friendly staff. If I call, they answer or call back. I had a referral request sent to my insurance company. My insurance notifies them that I have been referred to them and in turn, the office calls me to let me know they received the referral and to schedule an appointment. He says things like they are but again, great beside manner/people skills and manners in general. I would recommend him to anybody that came to me looking for a good plastic surgeon. The ONLY thing that I will say that could be better, is the waiting rooms temperature. It is a little warm. But, he's on the top floor and right at the roof, there are windows to let in sunlight which is most likely the cause. Ok, I have read negative reviews before. Being the customer geared service industry, I have found that there are those who will complain regardless. They make it their life's work to find fault. With that said, I will address the AC problem of Dr Moore's office, and it falls on the building maintenance of the office he leases, and is pretty much out of his control. Just know that his staff also has to live with the heat. Now, I would recommend Dr Moore as one of the top premiere surgeons in the greater Houston area. As such, he is a very busy man, and this is the reason. I have found him to be quite open in telling you as it is, although his manner also gives an optimism that is comforting. Tests don't get scheduled in a timely manner, phone calls not returned, appointments run an hour or more behind, office is hot. Not sure about others but I've been left to suffer in pain for two weeks already waiting on the staff to schedule tests needed to address the pain.

Dr.Moore has done 3 surgery on me and one for my sister. He is hands down the best Dr ever!!
