Dr. Bryant Keith Barrows

After the years snuck up on me, I needed dental care... I was a basket case & Dr barrows & bonita were like a dream team. ZERO pain, zero. They are restoring my SMILE & I am so very appreciative & proud to have them here close to home.

We have used Oconee Dental Associates for over 10 years. Dr. Barrows and EVERY SINGLE member of his staff are EXCELLENT!! I could not be happier.

I recommend Dr. Barrows and his staff. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental visits and Dr. Barrows and all his staff have gone over and beyond to relieve that anxiety! From calling on the phone to all the office staff, there is such a care and concern that you feel with each interaction. Ashley is always so sweet and willing to help with any questions you may need! So thankful that I started going there for my care.

Took all 5 children to the dentist here. I waited in the waiting room for a few hours as they were called back a few at a time & sat with the others who were waiting. I was told 2 had cavities & happily put down the deposit they required for the upcoming fillings. When we left, I was shocked to be told BY THE CHILDREN that 1 just had a tooth pulled & 2 others were told of their urgent need to have their wisdom teeth extracted. I was floored. Never have I ever felt so in the dark when it came to my children's care. I spoke with a close family member who told me some horror stories they had heard of people going there. I returned to the office in person & wasn't ugly but explained that I had never had an experience where my children had to tell me what was going on instead of an adult/dentist. I canceled the 2 upcoming cavity appointments. I was told I would receive a refund for those deposits in the mail. We left. Today has been over 2 months since that visit. We have never received our money back. I was finally able to get an appointment at their usual pediatric dentist in Macon. The children have NO cavities & as of right now, DON'T need their wisdom teeth taken out either. I am appalled. I just called to remind them to send my money back. I sure hope they send it. I really don't want to have to take any further steps over a couple hundred bucks. No one even bothered to apologize either. Took all 5 children to the dentist here. My daughter has been going here and there isn't any communication, they are in no hurry for new appointments, just nothing. I dislike this place and decided after more than one trip to change.

They grinned my tooth down to the nerve which was very painful. Later the tooth broke. And they intentionally grained the enamel away from the root of every tooth to cause future decay. This is now very painful.i am now seeking legally representation.

If you are a dentist but do not have patience with small children then you should not be a family dentist. Anytime any type of work is done to a child’s mouth they will cry and maybe even yell. Working with children especially in that type of practice takes much patience. My child was yelled at and told to stop crying by this dentist for crying while getting a tooth removed. Because of this I never took my children back and will never go back. I was and still am very upset over this. If you’re going to work with children, learn PATIENCE! If I need braces do I need for the doctor to refer me or do I need to set up a appointment with the orthodontist ?

Dr. Bryant Barrows and staff are professional and caring! I have been a patient of his for over 20 years, and I have been very well pleased with my dental care!! Thank you for your excellent service!

I would highly recommend Dr. Barrows for his competence and expertise! His office staff is professional and courteous. Although I have extreme apprehension over many years of dental work in other locations around the country, the overall experience in this dental office was outstanding.

Our family uses Dr. Barrows because he cares about his patients. He works out a treatment plan for you that is best for your oral health care. My kids love going to see Dr. Barrows, this is the first dentist they aren't scared to go see. Everyone in his practice is great. Research the numbers of your teeth big mistake on my part went in complaining of 2 teeth on my left back at end of teeth I had together he pulled the 2 way in back not connected to these

Dr. Barrows replaced my crowns and did an excellent job. Professional and painless. Also great for teeth cleaning

Everyone was so nice

Excellent dentist. He does great work, no pain. He and his office staff friendly and professional. I recommend Dr. Barrows to anyone, great with kids.
