I like Dr. Bryan Vyverberg, but he has the worst front office staff . All my years going to doctor visits, this by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend him which is a shame because it is not his fault but he has to hire staff that is professional at all times and will actually do their job. The front office has a problem answering the phone, responding to pre-authorization with insurance companies, hanging up on patients and cursing at patients family members.

I like Dr. Vyverberg a lot, but his/his office's response time is slow and unreliable. The new office is making it better (the phone is actually answered now).

He talks to us and my 6 yr old son so we can understand what is going on, in our terms. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We just love him. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very rude, did not understand my medications and unwilling to explore side effects, I had to look them up myself.
