Dr. Bryan E Smith

We were referred to Dr. Smith and have referred other people to him. He was kind, explained everything to us and even answered our questions with patience. Yes, we will see him again when needed.

We are so glad to have visited with Dr. Smith. He was very personable and caring. The things we've learned are so valuable in our quest. I have already highly recommended Dr. Smith, and do so to you!

The other comments i have read do not reflect my experience at all. Maybe there have been some staff changes in the last year but when i called to schedule the appointment the receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. I gave her my information and insurance she was able to call me back and let me know how much my out of pocket would be and then went ahead and scheduled the appointment. She emailed me all of the paperwork so that i could bring it in the day of already completed.

WORST MEDICAL FACILITY EVER!!! When I came with my child, the secretary behind the window made eye contact with me and continued to fill out paperwork without acknowledging us. If they had at least said "just a minute," that would have been fine. We were also charged very high fees that we had not been told about up front. When I called, the lady on the phone had a horrible attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid for asking about an additional $500 charge! I am furious and will not be back!

I was never able to meet Dr. Smith because the imbeciles of secretaries do not know how to do a basic job. During the summer, they scheduled me for November which I accepted. After I took off work and arrived that day, I was informed that my appointment had been changed to December 1, which I accepted. Then today they apparently had no idea when my appointment was and said they could fit me in on the 28th. And they don't tell you until the end that your bill is going to be astronomically high!!!
