Dr. Bryan Wayne Randolph

I loved Dr Randolph. He was very thorough and explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr. Randolph is great! He is in no rush, he answers questions until you are comfortable. He told me what was going to happen in surgery. I was never uncertain and I got a great boot! Hey!! I would definitely recommend!

I did not make an appointment. Call and talk to the unhelpful, unhappy receptionist Melissa and you won't either.

This doctor is amazing with diabetic patients.

I have had problems with plantar fasciitis for years with little or no relief. Dr. Randolph and his staff are always very professional and polite. Let’s just say I wish I could give zero stars for this doctor. I went in for an appointment on October 10th with a swollen, painless ankle that had been that way for over a month. They took X-rays, nothing showed up. So he said it could be a small blood clot, so they’d send me for an ultrasound, but if nothing showed up, then they’d start me on a treatment plan for tendinitis. Nothing showed up on the ultrasound so I waited for a call on a treatment plan. No call ever came, so I called early November to ask why in the world I got a bill for $331 but they couldn’t bother to call me with a treatment plan since my ankle was still swollen. The nurse told me she was never given a treatment plan for me and had to ask Randolph. Called me back later and told me he was waiting on my ultrasound results to tell me he thinks I have something called May Thurner Syndrome. Notice that? Waiting for my ultrasound? That he had now had for almost a month? Yeah. I pointed that out. So they tried to tell me I needed to see a heart doctor to see if I have that because apparently they wouldn’t have seen it on my ultrasound because they weren’t looking for it. I made sure to let her know I have zero trust in him now since it seemed like he just wants to pawn off his patients. So I went to get a second opinion. The other doctor said it was a 99% chance I just have fluid buildup from tendinitis. But it doesn’t end there. Almost two months later again, just yesterday, I get a voicemail from his nurse saying he now wants me to have an ultrasound of both legs and to come back in for an office visit. No thanks. I like doctors that actually care and call in a reasonable amount of time. I DO NOT recommend this office. Another ridiculous thing about them in case you were wondering, if something else happens in between your long wait for an appointment with them, you can’t bring up anything that wasn’t on your original notes when you made your appointment. They have a sign in their office that says you’d have to make another appointment to talk about anything else. I should’ve left right when I saw that.
