Sue the operator is the absolute worst! Wanted to get a second opinion on my mother diagnoses and this lady was so rude! When I asked what my mother needed in regards to setting up an appointment she spoke to me like I was a child! I felt like she was irritated with me right away...and was pretty much ran through the things I would need to set up an appointment. Infact i dont even talk to my child like that. When I asked her why she was talking down to me she all she said was "ok". Very rude! Very unprofessional. Seriously this woman lost my mother and I bussiness. We heard some terrible news about my mothers condition today..and this lady really put the icing on the cake. How insensitive..I know I wouldn't want Sue working for me or answering my phones for my practice. Thanks sue!I hope you learn how to be more sensitive to people and their needs....and not shut them down or try to belittle them. Wow! I'm seriously in awe! Wonderful Dr. Everything is explained very clearly. I feel very confident in his care plan and knowledge. I tell everyone how blessed I am to have found Dr. Kramer! Definitely would and have recommended his care.
