Staff was friendly but was disappointed that I appeared for a cleaning but they just did x-rays and checkup. Now I have to wait several more months for a cleaning

Every time I walk into the clinic the staff is so friendly and I never have to wait. Dr. Gotfredson is an excellent dentist and I never experience any discomfort. He is efficient and provides excellent service. Let me add that the nitrous oxide is a MUST as it will make your experience enjoyable. The 45 minute drive is well worth it.

My appointment exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office was fantastic. I have been to other dental offices in the past 2 years that try to sell procedures that aren't really needed. I am 70 years old & do not have dental insurance. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months & prior dentists want to replace my bridge, fill in the tops of my teeth, whiten my teeth etc. It's ridiculous! I say no thank you & they continue to try to sell procedures I don't really need. Dr. Gottfredson's office did xrays & cleaning. The Dr. stated that my dental hyigene was excellent & to continue what I'm doing. I was so relieved & pleased. And the price was much lower than I expected. I have already scheduled my next cleaning. Thank you Magna Dental!

Amazing is one word to describe the staff. The listen and do not rush you out. I love that I can go in if I have any questions and someone will answer my question clearly. Dr Gottfredson and staff are approachable and care about each individual.

Super friendly staff! Always on time and the most gentle hygienist ever! I have searched for years for a dentist I trust and finally found one. Best dentist ever!

THIS STAFF HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST AT THE TOP OF THE PRIORITY LIST! I had been putting off much needed dental work for many years. The worry of losing my troubled teeth to extractions and not having the financial means to allow for timely replacements was my fear. Embarrassment of opening my mouth and having others see just how yucky my teeth are was a large part of my procrastination as well. ???? My first visit to Bryan E Gottfredson DDS and his amazing staff was an emergency same day appointment. I woke that morning with a piercing pain shooting up my face into eye socket. One of my teeth had an infection and abscessed. My mother in law- Betty had recommended I make an exam appointment with him multiple times over the past few years when I would complain of tooth pain, but my pain would come and go so I ignored the problem. Luckily Betty called and got me an appointment with Gottfredson that same day.!! #BESTIE ❤ I arrived for my appointment, filled out a simple patient info form and was immediately called back to be fixed up. I expressed my reasoning for procrastinating and gave him a quick rundown of what to expect to see before I actually opened my mouth for him to examine. (mostly to ease any embarrassment that might occur during my exam. Somehow me saying the words first feels better) - fast forward...... Quick and easy extraction. Very fair fees for his work.... and offered a plan for upcoming work that was diagnosed with A+ professional Integrity. I knew I was in good hands when I suggested an extraction on a tooth I thought was my next abscess and was advised to allow him to save the tooth by adding a filling instead. ???? I trust that if he diagnoses treatment it will be the most beneficial and I will never be over diagnosed to build more profit in his pocket. # CLASSY Dr.Gottfredson and staff had an itemized list with a treatment plan that I could afford for each upcoming visit. I scheduled my next appointment 3 weeks out!! Only thing left that day was to thank Betty. ????♥️ As of this review I have completed 3 visits and have 5 to go. My visits thus far have been consistent with my first experience. Prompt, welcoming, comfortable, professional etc. EVERYONE on staff in the office that I have interacted with during my visits has contributed to minimizing my embarrassment - meaning....It has become very clear to me that I am the only one who thinks I should be embarrassed. Dr. G recently crowned one of my teeth. I have several already, but this is the first one he has done for me. May I just say it is the best yet! The temporary crown was so good, it was better than some of my permanent crowns!! He has an attention to detail that is impeccable. If ever there is a problem, he will fix it, guaranteed!! My daughter and her husband lived in North Carolina and would fly to Utah just to have Dr. Gottfredson take care of their teeth. He really is THAT good. It was my first trip to the dentist in about 3 or 4 years, and they were great. Every one there was a pleasure to work with.

We went to Dr G. for a second opinion after my husband was refered to an oral specialist by Genesis for gum problems. Dr Gottfredson put my husband on a flossing mouthwash regimen that cured the issue. He wont pull your chain or over charge you and his staff remember you and treat you well. This office is great, I’ve been going there for regular cleanings for 5 years now. Scheduling is easy, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back. Any work I’ve had done always ended up costing me less than the estimate provided. The staff, including Dr Gottfredson are very pleasant. Keep up the good work!

I have gone to Dr. Gottfredson for many years. In fact my first visit to him was just after he returned to Utah from dental school. He seated a crown on an implant and it is still in place. I have gone for regular checkups and have appreciated the careful attention in monitoring my teeth and doing only what is necessary to preserve and care for my teeth. Dr. Gottfredson is a fine dentist with the kind of down to earth demeanor and friendly personality that makes a visit to the dentist as bearable as possible. Although I don't live in the Magna, it is well worth the drive for my dental care. I have referred several friends who have thanked me for doing so. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism by. Dr. Gottfredson. He has been more than fair in the financial part of his practice. This dentist caused my teeth to shift out of place. I would not be writing a bad post if he would have taken responsibility for what was obviously his fault. Since I had to spend 300 dollars to have another doctor fix the problem I will not be returning to Dr. Gottfredson.
