My 16 year old son had crown lengthening after getting his braces off. Dr. Collins is absolutely the best of the best! My son had zero discomfort and the results are incredibly dramatic! Dr. Collins and Abby were so great with him and made him feel at ease the entire time. He was in and out in less than an hour! It has been almost 10 hours since the procedure and my son has yet to even take an Advil! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Collins and his staff are!

I went in for my gum grafts that I had been scared of doing honestly, but Dr. Collins did an AMAZING JOB! I was worried for nothing. He did the procedure and had explained to me exactly what he was going to do. His nurse -Abby (I believe is her name) was wonderful as well. The front desk is also very friendly!! I had a great experience! I am healing really well and I wish I would have done this sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Collins and his staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They really are an amazing team - best of the best!

I went in for a consultation appointment. The staff and Dr. Collins are very professional and friendly. I was not in any way pressured to have the service I need right away. (It is not an emergency procedure or anything like that) They are very willing to work with your schedule. Many places do not seem to do that for their customers, but they were willing to work with my work schedule. Very nice. I look forward to my next appointment. I feel very confident that my procedure will be great!

I was referred to Dr. Collins by my usual dentist, Dr. Brent Hawkins, who had a concern about bone loss and knew that Dr. Collins should look at the situation. To say that I was nervous about the appointment is certainly an understatement! However, as the appointment proceeded, I found my fears to be lessening. I had a very short wait time, was greeted by a pleasant technician, and soon to meet the smiling Dr. Collins! He did what I'm sure was a detailed examination of my mouth and teeth. (I wonder what all those numbers meant?) Next was my consultation with him and he gave me a straight-forward recommendation, which is much appreciated, and which I will follow soon with Dr. Hawkins' office. I think a substantial part of Dr. Collins' job is to gain the trust of people who he may or may not ever see again. He and his office certainly accomplished that with me! The experience was well worth the dollar cost.

I needed some extensive dental work including two extractions. My regular dentist offered to perform the majority of the work and then send me to a "cheaper" place than Dr. Collins to have my implant. I asked to be referred to Dr. Collins and I made the right decision. I went for a consult within 2 days of my referral to him. He examined my problem and then made recommendations. To my surprise, he offered to do the first of the procedure that day. It was the worst part, the two extractions. It was not something that I was looking forward to, but I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Collins and his staff. They made me comfortable and worked diligently to keep me comfortable throughout. I had to ask if the teeth were out and Dr. Collins warmly assured that they were. I had some complications after the extractions and the nurse and Dr. Collins stayed with me until all was well and I could safely go home. I certainly recommend Dr. Collins because he is nice, polite, and he works diligently to make sure the work is done correctly and comfortably.

After a very harrowing dental experience 10 year + ago, I was reluctant to even drive by a dental office. On Labor Day weekend, I broke my front tooth and was required to see a local dentist, who sent me to Dr. Collins for an implant. From the front office person (Pam) to the nurse (Tyler) I felt welcome, protected and safe. Then I met Dr. Collins and he only added to the secure feeling. He explained everything in detail and he allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to set my mind at ease. From a person who "hated" dentist, I am now someone that would go back to Dr. Collins in a heartbeat. I can not say thank you enough. I would highly recommend B Houston Collins without any doubt.

I really like Misty as my regular dental hygienists but Haley is also excellent. Dr Collins is always friendly and gives conservative professional advice. But, to be candid, I question the logic of pricing many medical and dental procedures. Sometimes I question cash billing prices vs insurance billing prices. Today, I fail to see the logic of paying OVER twice as much for 20 minutes of DEEP cleaning half a dozen teeth including numbing anesthetic shots. This compared to 40 minutes of whole mouth regular cleaning without anesthetic. Is it considered reasonable and customary? Or all the traffic will bear? That being said, I knew the price of this procedure before going in and paid it willingly (maybe not cheerfully, but voluntarily). I know that this office is the best option in Amarillo.
