Scheduled appointment went very well and was seen in a timely manner! The Dr. was very informative in explaining the process and procedures to correct the situation I was once experiencing!

Dr . Butler is amazing !!!! Very caring , gentle very personable . His staff is also just caring . Will highly recommend him .

Dr. Butler and his staff were courteous, polite, caring and professional. During each step of my procedure, he explained exactly what he was doing and what I would feel. When the procedure was completed, he explained everything that I need to know. I would also describe him as an excellent communicator. Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Butler saved my life -- he found a tumor in my colon, and even though it was Stage III, I am now cancer-free. He explains everything in layman's terms, is compassionate and thorough. Very kind and competent physician.

Thank You Dr. Butler!. One of the finest Colon Surgeon in Western NY!. I has my colovesical fistula surgery by Dr.Butler. with difficulty of the adhesive to my bladder and colon. Dr. Butler thoroughly go thru your history and explain your symptoms and how to correct. I have no hesitations to recommend him for a colon surgery.

He is a great surgeon. I would not say his bedside manner is the best as far as my own personal experiences have gone. I was in hospital after my final surgery and had three drains coming out of my body and he made mention of my “mental condition” when I asked if he do an additional CT scan to make sure fluid was gone. After having years of severe UC I had to have multiple surgeries. Anyone who’s had serious bowel issues can understand how stressful emotionally and physically it can be on your mind and body. So, if you need surgery? He’s a great choice. Anything else including follow, up I’d rather go see my gastroenterologist. He was much more kind and would listen.

Dr Butler is very personalable with excellent bedside manner. He was also thorough and explained more to me than my previous gastroenterologist. I would definitely recommend him for a colonoscopy procedure.

I'll keep this short. Dr. Butler is amazing. I was treating with him for a long-term problem and ended up in the emergency room on an unrelated issue. Guess who was the first doctor to check in on me? Dr. Butler! He's an amazing person and surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Butler

Dr. Butler is the most amazing doctor and surgeon I've met. I wish I could go to him with ALL my health needs. Always professional, takes time to actually listen and provides great care. I had J-pouch surgery in 2012 and had many complications (my body didn't want to cooperate!), Dr. Butler never gave up. Other surgeons told me that they would have just given me a permanent ostomy, but Dr. Butler knew I did not want this and spent hours in surgery performing a miracle on me. He's my hero!
