We have been going to see Dr Bryan Bains for years. Always takes his time and listens to what we have to say. When needing refills on medication our pharmacy faces the office and are quick to respond.

Great service. Everyone is professional and efficient. They take time to discuss your concerns and still manage to stay on schedule for appointments. Dr. Baines expresses his appreciation for his staff in his praise for good work in my presence and I believe this motivates them to do excellent work.

I love the personnel that work there. I always receive the best care and support. Dr. Baines has been my doctor for years. He is great and one of the very best in the state. I am sad he is retiring at the end of year. I know that he will be missed by many, many people. But he will leave his practice in great hands.

Great doctor and a genuinely nice person!

Easy to make appointments, willing to listen and spend time with patient. Great referrals when required. Really cares for me as a person and patient. Wish there were more doctors of his caliber.

I love Dr. Baines! He is always helpful and personable. I feel like he really listens to my concerns and actually cares. have been going to TPMG pretty frequently over the past two months, and have never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes before being called back. The staff is always friendly.

Bryan is a wonderful doctor. I feel so blessed to have such a caring and concerned provider.

Always had a plesent experience in years past ,but this year was different as I was questioned about whether I had had the covid shot...I was surprised that there was no "risk-benifit"conversation concerning my specific health but a sturn statement from Dr. Baines saying "I WILL get this vacine eventually"..needless to say I was offended....as far as I know we still live in a free country and I will make my own choices with a Dr. who is willing to objectively discuss the information. Dr Baines has been my PCP for many years and he takes great pride in taking care of all his patients. There is no physician more caring or concerned for his patients mental and physical well being.

Dr Baines is compassionate and well informed. He always spends time with me and addresses my concerns while never feeling rushed or not a priority to him. My whole family goes to Dr Baines and we all are very pleased with his bedside manor and care overall. He knows of old school practices combined with newer medicine and procedures to get the best outcome from his patients. Highly recommend him at TPMG.

Dr. Baines has been my PCP for many years, and I have referred many people to him when they are looking for a new doctor He is very compassionate, doesn't rush you out of the office, and genuinely listens to your problems. He is very knowledgeable and well- trained and involves me in my plan of care I can't say enough good things about him as a physician and a person.

Great practice - I’ve been a patient here for about 20 years. Dr. Baines is always relaxed and cheerful, eager to get my problems solved or refer to a specialist if necessary. Phlebotomist was excellent. Nurses and staff are friendly and efficient.

Intelligent conversations about diet,exercise,ways to use ice to dull pain,etc. He worked very hard to find a neurologist group that thought out of the box. Seeing the right one was a priority and his support helped me understand how to live with constant pain, getting ahead of pain ,rest,proper nutrition and hydration are key. I knew I had a partner to get new discoveries treatments and who would listen to my fears,bear my tears, and find humor in the situation .laughter is a much much better release than getting unduly upset. I knew I was not alone and I could trust he and his staff with anything that popped up. Anyone who is a Dr. Baines,TPMG patient will concur. He is in the top 1% of family practitioners.He does not watch watch. He keeps eye contact and listens. I have never felt hurried or pushed to turn over patient times. Many physicians these days get bonuses for turning over a set number of patients within a time frame. The patient becomes a hindrance to a lucrative pay day. Dr. Baines has been my PCP since the 80s. He provides excellent medical care to myself and my family including my son with special needs. He is readily available, compassionate and provides excellent medical care. I highly recommend him.

It was Dr Baines’ first Tele-Med visit and he did a GREAT job of giving me the sense I got the same level of care I’ve come to expect from him. I took my own vital signs and he followed up by asking me how I took them, what equipment I use, and the circumstances under which I took them. He told me the system enabled him to see my whole medical history in a computer window while we talked.

As always my visit was top notch. Dr. Baines is a wonderful doctor and makes you feel comfortable during each visit.
