DO NOT go see Dr. Zimmerman. He has terrible chsirside etiquette and incapable of sitting and listening to the patient and myself as the mother. He could of cared less my son had a module as big as a golf ball on his mandibular chin in severe pain. Did not want to find the lying issue and sent him on his way with antibiotics and see you in 2 weeks. Bottom line just don't waste your time with this insincere man! DO NOT go see Dr. Zimmerman. I had hearing loss when i used qtip to clean my ear. Sure it was due to wax. Since it was a weekend I Went to the convenience care and a nurse practitioner cleaned up my wax and suggested an antibiotic, nasal and ear drops. But there was no change to my hearing. I was told there was ear infection and inflammation in both my ears. Reluctant to take medication since I didnt had any pain. I went to Dr Zimmerman, he looked in my ear and told there is still a lot of wax. he cleaned up all the wax and i was able to hear well and fine as before. My experience with Midwest ENT was a 5 star one. The receptionist and receiving nurse were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated Dr. Zimmerman's professionalism; yet, he appeared to care about my well being by spending sufficient time with me, answering questions and providing information. Ron Burch, audiologist, also made the testing/ evaluation process a comfortable one and he, too, shared testing results with me and answered questions. Please please do your homework before trusting Dr. Zimmerman. I have been hurt very badly by his negligence and damaged permanently for life. Dr Hill is great! I always get in quickly and his staff is very helpful.

I came to Dr Zimmerman because of a sinus infection early in 2017. Got meds. Didn't work. Was feeling progressively worse. We looked into every option. Billing worked with my insurance for CAT scan. We looked at the scan together and he showed me what was happening. That was important to me. We decided on Maxillary, Sphenoid, and Ephnoid and I've never felt better in my life. I'm a runner and it's amazing how much better I can breath. We are now working on Immuno Therapy to help with my allergy symptoms. Truly one of the best decisions of my life. Excellent doctor.

Please please do not trust Dr.Zimnerman with your health care. I was hurt very badly during a recent surgery and I have permanent damage due to major error in Surgery. Dr. Zimmerman nerver even apologized and I feel he does not care about the welfare of his patients.

I am glad I got the surgery. Dr Zimmerman did a great job & I felt better the same day I had it. Pretty much no bleeding or discomfort afterwards. Would recommend Midwest ENT & Dr Zimmerman to anyone with sinus problems, mine was messing with my eye for a year & I feel much better now.
