I asked for Dr. Wardell to give me a call around 5:00 pm. Dr. Wardell called me around that time with a rude attitude after I told him the horrible service I was having. I asked Dr. Wardell if his office can send me my contract so I can look at other options I may have for another orthodontist and he replied with “ I WOULD GLADY TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT”, as well as he told me “If your not going to talk I’m going to hang up the phone”.
