We have an appointment to sit in the waiting room for past an hour then to sit in the room for another 30 minutes before the doctor comes in. Dr. Trotman comes in without reviewing the medical records for my dad very unprepared. Then he started being judgemental over my dads lifestyle. Very disappointed.

I made an appointment for my husband at least a month and a half ago. All of his paperwork was filled out completely. We walked in and sat down and waited patiently. Another woman walked in to her appointment and asked if she was going to have to wait for 2 and a half hours again. Another family had been there for 45 minuets waiting. My husband then got up to ask how much longer it would be, after the 30 minuets we had already been there, and he was told “one hour”! Completely unacceptable! We run a business and have a child to take care of. We don’t have an hour and a half to just sit in the waiting room not to mention how long we would wait once called back. This Dr and all others should take into consideration that the degree on the wall doesn’t give them the right to take the general public’s time. I have been a patient of Dr. Trotman for many years. He was the only Physician who correctly diagnosed my autoimmune disease of microscopic lymphocytic colitis after many years of suffering. He now treats me, with much success. Thank you Dr. Trotman.
