Dr. Terrio saw my husband for back pain. When we questioned his treatment plan, which was very aggressive, he became very hostile and combative. We ended our visit abruptly because we were so shocked at his mistreatment. He said as we were leaving, "find another doctor!" I would not recommend anyone to see this doctor. His bedside manner is terrible.

I’m 56 years old male. I recently had switched health insurance, Which required me to change primary care physician. I do have a couple ongoing health issues that require frequent visits to my primary. This has been the worst experience in my life, and marks the first time I’ve ever stood up and walked out of a visit. Upon riding the elavator downstairs an elderly woman assisted by her daughter made a comment about this same doctor… i wouldn’t recommend this Dr. to anyone.

I tried calling multiple times this morning to schedule an appointment, but the automated message says the office is closed. It's 9:30am on a Thursday. What are your office's hours?

Talked to Dr Terrio about my up coming surgery. I needed his ok.

He is a very knowledgeable doctor; he has been my primary doctor since 1992. I thoroughly trust and respect his medical skill set.

No stars is what I really want. Knowing my husband was a smoker for over 45+ years, he misdiagnosed him and let him go 6 months with a really bad cough. Kept giving him inhalers, instead of doing testing like a chest xray or CT scan. We ended up in ER and my husband was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer, after that 6 months of misdiagnosis. He passed away a month later. This doctor needs to retire. He isn't doing right by his patients. I hope none of you end up with a fatal cancer or disease. God bless my husband in heaven. Let's add on that no one ever responded from this office. No stars is what I really want. Dr. Terrio has been my primary care physician for a lot....of years. He is the best and I would not trade him for anything. He is excellent in taking care of his patients. Dr. Terrio is very knowledgeable, caring, sympathetic, listens well and takes you very seriously. He shows you that he is very concerned and interested in providing you the best health care possible. Dr Terrio was a new doctor for me and I was very pleased with the experiebce. He was very attentive to my concerns and explained everything clearly so I was able to understand and make educated decisions.

I was seen right on time by Dr Bruce Terrio, his nurse was very helpful as far as my needs and concerns. And Dr terio takes his time listening to you and your concerns and if you needed any medications refilled I highly recommend Dr terio and his nursing staff.

Dr Terrio is very thorough, & yet he maintains a compassionate, yet professional concern for his patients.

Dr. Terrio has been my primary care doctor for going on ten years. He is caring and your care is his concern.. I would and have recommended him to many.

Dr. Terrio has been our Primary Care Physician for over 20 years. He has always been a caring, competent physician with a great bedside manner. I appreciate and recommend him!.

Dr. Terrio was a new doctor for my husband & I after our doctor of 26 years retired. It's scary. Dr. Terrio was very kind and very thorough and we felt very good when we left, feeling we found the right doctor for our needs. His staff was very welcoming and thorough.

Went in for an ear and sinus infection, had a negative covid test but was still treated like a leper. He was pushing his own views on me the entire time, didn't even pay attention to what was wrong because he was too terrified to even properly examine me. Condescending and shouldn't be practicing anymore if he is too terrified of sick patients...which is what he literally is paid to take care.

Went in to get treatment for a sinus and ear infection, and even though I had my negative covid test was treated like I was diseased and told they aren’t taking anyone with respiratory issues. Doctor barely listened to my lungs as he was too terrified to touch me. I guess at least he prescribed me antibiotics, won’t be going back.

My father went in to get help with his neuropathy. He is wheel chair dependent and has uncontrollable shakes/tremors as a result of a back injury. He has not left the house in over 6 months. He is also incontinent. His pain has been so bad that he decided to reach out to this doctor. When he arrived to his appointment to ask to get something for pain, the doctor made a very incorrect assumption and stated he thought he was chasing drugs and refused to be his doctor. My father was so agitated when he left and broke down in the car. It was so sad. He was finally willing to get help and Dr. Terrio was in no way willing to support him in anyway. So disappointing!!! Don't waste your time,money and health. Help him close his shop.

This doctor is the worst doctor I’ve ever heard of I would not recommend him to the devil he is evil he should not be a caregiver and I wouldn’t I just wouldn’t wish evil on anyone but he deserves whatever he gets.

I've been going to Dr. Terrio for over 15 yrs as have my family. He's been an exceptional GP who's been trusted by us for his skills & his excellent communication of medical concerns or even a summation of what to expect from a medication. His manner is friendly & professional, as are his staff. I seldom have any problems obtaining my prescriptions or my refill calls to my pharmacist. We highly recommend him if you're seeking a family physician.

Dr Terrio and his team are in my opinion the best around. They take their time to listen and make the best decision they can with the information given. I never wait more than 10 - 15 minutes before seeing the Dr from the time I walk in the office and check in. Staff is always friendly and greet you with a smile. Dr Terrio and his team have quickly become my families #1 doctor and would refer anyone who is in need of quality care

I’ve lived in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois. I had doctors in every state I lived in. This is by far the worst doctor’s office the worst of the worst. They don’t ever call back when leaving the message. They don’t listen to the patients. They just don’t treat us with respect or dignity. I understand they are busy but we, as the patients, are the paid customers too. If you are looking for a new primary care in the area, please check the review and go to another one.
