Bruce Sterman

I saw Dr Sterman for the first time today and it’s safe to say that I will NOT be going back. Reception was sub par at best and was VERY loud when speaking with patients, almost like she felt the need to yell. The MA was nice but did vitals manually which was odd considering Cleveland Clinic facilities typically have pulse ox monitors and blood pressure machines. While waiting for the doctor in the room, I could clearly hear him and his patient speaking in the next room about his health conditions, medications and plan of care. Which is very concerning when your health isn’t anyone else’s business. I finally see the doctor and he was very dismissive and rude. He basically kept telling me there isn’t anything wrong when I explained to him that my PCP is concerned and that’s why I was there to see him but he didn’t care and basically told me, “tough luck” and sent me out on my way with no answers. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am very disappointed in this Cleveland Clinic Facility and would recommend others to save yourself the trouble and find someone else. Glad I waited 5 months for nothing and wasted my time, now to wait several more months to see someone who will actually listen, help and give me some relief.

I had surgery one week ago for the removal of nasal polyps. Dr. Sturman explained everything before surgery. Had a CT scan pryor to surgery. Explained all the problems. He also did a surgery on my husband some years ago. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

Dr Sterman and his assistant are amazing. Very professional, and caring. They made sure I knew what was going on at every point of conversation. I'm rating 2 stars because I truly feel like they use use some new receptionists. Michelle is extremely rude, and unprofessional. She has cause me to have unpleasant experiences over the phone trying to be scheduled, while trying to get a note to go back to work after surgery, and in person at appointments. She is constantly having personal or inappropriate conversations that are audible to the entire waiting are, and while I was writing this review, she actually started talking badly about a patient that called to try to be scheduled. TLDR: Doctors are excellent, reception is trash. Dr Sterman and his assistant are amazing. Very professional, and caring. They made sure I knew what was going on at every point of conversation. The wait time is AWFUL I’m not gonna lie and I feel like you will wait over an hour but he’s worth it.he’s SUPER CARING! He’s not dry and he LISTENS!!! I will waste a day away if I have to to see this caring man.I’m not fond of doctors at all but he is awesome and gave great help. I will refer people to him for sure!

Went to him because of a recommendation from a friend. Very glad I did so! He knew what he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Trusted his knowledge and appreciated how well he answered my questions. Highly recommend!

Caring doctor and very knowledgeable.

Great Doctor, very thorough, and will explain every step of the way. I am grateful my Primary care Physician recommended Him.

Waited more than an hour in the waiting room even with an appointment. They don't give a crap about your time. Incompetent.

dr sterman is an excellent physician with great expertise and staff that will go the extra mile for patients. dr sterman is not a warm and fuzzy dr but he is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Excellent consult and follow up with my severely hearing impaired father. Thorough exam and knowledgeable about my father’s history Matter of fact about plan going forward

Though the the care of Dr.Sterman is great the office wait has been horrible almost 1:30-2:00 hrs behind schedule last few visits. Not sure what's going on at that office but if your running that far behind you should call your patients ahead of time and inform us instead of making us wait in the office so long!!!

Dr. Sterman gave me excellent care and my surgery went very well. I am one of those people who take a long time waking up from the anesthesia and Dr. Sterman remained at the hospital into the evening until I awoke. My follow up visits with Dr. Sterman after my surgery were excellent as well.

Dr. Sterman was amazing! Extremely cordial and thorough...very professional! He spent quality time with me and took time to explain procedures and options. He was compassionate about my uninsured status. He was confident about the diagnosis and what to do about it. He quickly took care of another problem, unrelated to my visit.
