Excellent doctor! Explains things clearly and speaks to you like a person and not one of them rush doctors. I went in and he was concerned with my diabetes and got me the help I needed in the cost. Definitely best doctor in town for diahetics.

Well, went to him for hypertension... ended up getting a prescription for asthma before taking a pulmonary function test because I’m a smoker, was put on hypertension meds which successfully controlled my hypertension.. and with no explanation given, he refused... refused.. to refill my meds... oh, and according to him I have a partially collapsed lung... which requires no treatment.. Go to Sidney or Billings.. don’t waste your time local if you live in Williston.

Dr. Pugatch has been my physician for a few years. He is a very king and understanding man who gives his patients his undivided attention when he is with them. He does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he deems it necessary. His staff is outstanding and I recommend him to all of my friends and family.
