Very knowledgeable and explains well. So glad I was referred to him for his special care at my time in need. I would highly recommend him in every way.

I've seen Dr. Moortein for 10 years after my 1rst and 2nd breast cancers diagnosis. He is the BEST surgeon EVER! His team at his office is awesome too! He listens, discusses, is honest and his surgeries are just carefully done. Visiting him is always a pleasure for me. He always responds to my questions and takes care of everything related to my health condition. I would recommend Dr. Moorstein to my family and friends without hesitations. He is not a 5 stars doctor, but a 10 stars!!!

After not feeling totally comfortable with a first medical opinion, I visited of Dr. Bruce Moorstein in Oakland., CA and immediately came away with the comfort level I was seeking, if possible. Not only did Dr Moorstein offer the 'local' anesthetic (rather than general ) but he explained the entire procedure (hernia repair) thoroughly so that any remaining previous fears were allayed. I was also very impressed with his equally caring 'old school' receptionist and assistant/scheduler.

Dr. Moorstein Bruce is a great sergeant he did a great job on my hernia surgery in August 2016 of this year. Dr Moorstein and his staff was very nice and professional.

Bruce is capable of doing some good work. Unfortunately his front office has a serious attitude problem. That coupled with the long wait times has forced me to look elsewhere for for my surgical needs.
