I was and still am a patient of Dr Bruce Greenberg for 30 plus years. He always treated me with respect and compassion. He is a great doctor and I trust his medical advise. I highly recommend him.

I'm not sure what his problem is lately, but he has been my doctor for over 20 years and now has refused to return my phone call with my test results.

Horrible. Basically if I had listen to him I would have died.

Dr.Greenburg isn’t a nice doctor & I wouldn’t recommend him.

Please subtract a star. Rude, pompous, dismissive, prejudged me from my medication history. After ripping me to shreds he actually stood staring at me. When I asked him what he was waiting for he said he was waiting for me to thank him for his advice.

Three years ago I made my first appointment and the staff was so rude. Initially I brushed it off him having a bad day but then I asked for a referral after seeing the doctor and the women behind the desk stated I did not need one with my Tricare. Anyone and everyone with tricare knows a referral is mandatory to see ANYONE. The staff repeatedly refused to even call my insurance and when I left a message for Dr Greenberg to call me back they never provided him the message, mainly because they knew it would not have been a pleasant conversation. After calling five times I finally get a call back two days later from the doctor. He pardoned their behavior by indicating they didn’t know a referral was needed and they will get it done. I didn’t get the referral until three weeks later. So in total it took over a month to do what a simple phone call should have done in twenty min. A few months pass and I needed to see the doctor because I was not feeling good and they said go to the hospital because he was booked and they could not do anything. I had bad bronchitis after going to the hospital and asked for a follow up and they said next appointment was a month later I asked if I can have anything sooner and they said with an attitude I just looked so you want it or not. Fast forward, I call today and ask for an appointment because I am not feeling good for a walk in and the first call gets dropped then I call the second time and I get told well I can give u Wednesday lol seriously. Every single tome I have called because I was sick I have been directed to the hospital. What is the point of having a PCP at this point. The staff is the worst I ever seen and their manager is nasty which is not a surprise considering how the staff behaves. When I call this office I feel like I should be asking them if they need my help and not the other way around. Definitely finding a new doctor today... it’s a shame because Dr Greenberg is so knowledgeable and smart. STAFF IS A COMPLETE TURN OFF DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I can't begin to discuss how rude and dismissive this man was about my medical concerns. He repeatedly told me I need to stop seeing my medical specialists. He stared at me without saying a word and when I asked what he was waiting for and he said "for me to thank him" for his advice. It was like being lectured by my mother over a previous medical history he totally dismissed as "nothing".

My experience with Dr. Greenberg is one that I don’t wish on an enemy. Dr. Bruce Wayne Greenberg was condescending, arrogant and presumptuous. He made unwarranted, flippant and disrespectful comments to me and my mother and had no regard for the well being of my father (the patient) during the visit. My father and mother are elderly. When I called him out on his poor manner, he became defensive. He made little eye contact with any of us and disregarded the answers to the questions he was asking us. The doctors at Northwell are some of the most solution oriented and collaborative professionals I have experienced, but Dr. Greenberg is NOT a good representation of this. He can use some training on how to treat patients like human beings because a major part of treating patients is creating an environment of dignity and respect, which we certainly did not experience. Dr. Greenberg’s manner and communication style is problematic. I do not recommend this doctor to any patient who seeks to be treated like an individual, wants to be heard or anyone with a shred of self respect. The thought that Dr. Greenberg functions in this way and that others may be subjected to this substandard level of communication and interaction is very concerning. Dr. Greenberg focuses on overall health and well-being and I am confident being in his care.

Dr Bruce W. Greenberg is very Condescending and arrogant. Doesn’t have any bed manners. And let’s not forget when the pandemic for Coronavirus was around Dr Greenberg hid and was nowhere to be found wasn’t even retuning or receiving calls from patients he isn’t a doctor that you can rely on. Had to call my insurance to get ahold of a different doctor. Beware!!!!!!!

Greenburg...words can not describe the experience I had with this want a be psychologist.

Very dismissive no compassion making judgmental assumptions about my life that he has no clue about didn't even do any blood work and I was there for an annual physical also told me getting an MRI to follow up on my head pain and constant headaches was overkill. Very dissatisfied and upset. Waste of time and insurance.

Today, October 8, 2018, my father was seen by Dr. Bruce Greenberg at 11:00am. I logged a complaint regarding unprofessionalism, his dismissive attitude, and the aggressiveness in his tone and responses. After seeing Bruce Greenberg today at the 300 Franklin Avenue, Valley Stream office, I left dissatisfied. He was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and aggressive in his tone and responses. We requested two referrals to two other doctors within the network. The proper referral papers were not given to us. All referrals are supposed to be transmitted electronically through the network. This is their standard procedure; however, they did not do this for us. When I called at 12:21pm and spoke to Receptionist #2, he indicated that he does not handle electronic referrals. I asked to speak to Karen Greenberg, the office manage. He put me on hold for 2 minutes and then transferred my call to the Center for Disease Control (CDC). This was the second call I made to speak to Karen (at 12:19pm). The Receptionist #1 transferred me to Karen and then the call was disconnected immediately before Karen could pick up. We then went back to the Dr.’s office at 12:28pm. After asking Karen why she didn’t give us the proper referral papers at first, she said, “She didn’t know.” She stated that Receptionist #2 does this paperwork all day. This is not consistently with what Receptionist #1 or #2 stated over the phone. Receptionist #2 stated that he would have to send a memo to the head office in order for me to get the referral electronically. The first time, one of the nurse verify my appointment if i was still coming in, i told them i will be there in a few i was running late because of traffic will they still take me and they said yes they will, but when i got there they told me to go home they will not take me. The second time i went for an appointment i came on time and they lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful, was not really helpful at all. Great family doctor.

Dr. Bruce Greenberg has been my pcp for over twenty years. Even though I no longer require a referral to see other doctors, I always start with a conversation with him. His direction helps me to avoid unnecessary appointments with specialists. He is an excellent diagnostician, because he listens carefully to what you say and what you do not say. His staff can be somewhat lacking at times, but I feel his guidance is worth overlooking the small stuff.

Dr. B. Greenberg has been my fathers internist for several years now. At every visit Dr Greenberg has been patient and caring, answering all my fathers and my questions. we have never felt rushed but sometimes felt guilty, that we were taking up too much of his time. We always leave his office feeling good about the course of treatment recommended by him.

Great costumer service,the staff is helpful. Dr Feit is amezing, he takes his time with his patients ,he is very nice,his office is very clean. Thank you Dr Feit.

Dr. Greenberg has been my Primary for over 20 years, so alone that should say something. I've nothing other than "excellent" to say. I've moved to Pa., but given I still regularly visit L.I., no reason not to continue with him.
