I have to say upfront, I never got to see the doctor. I dealt with his receptionist. When I first made the appointment she was nice and professional, however, two days before my appointment she texted me that my insurance screwed up and had it as a referral for an in office appointment. They were only using telehealth. I call my insurance and find out that the doctor needs to request the change, so I text her back. Nothing. Radio silence. So I reach out to my PCM who requests the change no problem. My appointment comes, I sit in front of my computer and nothing. I call, leave a message, A half hour later this woman texts me that she hopes I got the message Wednesday that my insurances doesn't cover telehealth, which it does, and so they can't see me. She then gets pretty unprofessional via text and would not rebook my appointment. I don't know if the doctor knows she decides who he is and isn't going to see, but it is pretty bad as a business practice and criminal in the area of mental illness. Dr. Fischer has been my primary care physician for 27 years. He is patient, thorough, and treats each patient as an individual. He listens to his patients carefully and takes their comments seriously.

Dr. Fischer always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel 100%. Great doctor!

Dr. Fischer takes the time to listen to his patients and works with them, rather than just tell them to do something. He allows you to be a partner in your care.
