Dr. Bruce Scott Crawford

The one appointment and exam I got from doctor Crawford was awful. He was aggressive and it was uncomfortable. I was trying to come to him after dealing with Interstitial Cystitis pain to see if he could offer some solutions. He told me I needed to read a book and "learn how to meditate" because my pelvic floor muscles were "just too tight." He did not offer any other solutions, but made a follow up appointment for 3 months later to see if I could "figure out how to relax the muscles." I left the appointment upset and did not go back for the follow up. I do not recommend seeing him if you are in any kind of painful or sensitive situation.

I have been seeing Dr Crawford for decades. He is a very thoughtful and conscientious doctor. Aside from his obvious skill and knowledge, one of the things I like best about him is how he makes me feel like he has time to talk. He seems genuinely interested in people on a personal as well as professional level.

I have been with Dr Crawford for over 3 years for UTIs I honestly believe if I would have seen him sooner I might be cured. He listens well and ask questions no other doctor has asked me. His staff is busy but they always get back to me. I also have no problem getting into seeing him. Most women do not like a man doctor for their private area however I found him to be compassionate and caring.

I am a health care provider and Dr. Crawford was recommended by my PCP. My first and only appt. with him was brief and not comprehensive. He did not talk about options of care. His recommendation was handing me his brochure to enroll in pelvic exercise classes he has branded that cost to attend and seemed to be marketing. There is much information on internet about these exercises that is free. He did not ask if I had questions. Not impressed. Now looking for 2nd opinion.

I am having to have his work undone and redone by a urologist. As soon as he realized I wasn't a success story, I was dismissed abruptly. His staff doesn't return calls and they're too busy gossiping to even look up when you walk in. Find another practice!

No way. This man ruined me. Stay far far away!

Was referred to Crawford when Dr naughton retired.disappointed. never answered any questions fully.scheduled follow up and he was confused why...he too.multiple large ovarian cysts over 8 months and he still refused to remove surgically.better yet...I got billed for pap smear...that I never had.called 3 times and in writing once.they turned me into collections for a pap I NEVER GOT. ...even according to my records.you are wasting your time.find a different dr.

Dr Crawford is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very kind, listens well and seemed genuinely interested my health. Dr. Crawford created a followup appointment for me and then forgot why he'd done this. I am not sure if he had confused me with someone else or was just having a really bad day. I do not think he has a clear and stable vision of why he is a doctor. I think that is too bad since I thought he had some potential.

The office staff consistently messed up my appointment times so I wasn't able to follow the weekly protocol I was on. When I called to ask them to make it right I was dismissed. Really frustrated with there office. As for Dr. Crawford, I agree with the other comments he didn't ask about my health history or other problems that may help in diagnosis. He has a good bedside manner, seemed caring.

Not feeling like he is really hearing what I am saying. He didn't ask about family history or the medical condition listed on my paperwork. I never even got a diagnosis.

Over a 5 month period I saw Dr Crawford about 8 times. The appointments always went the same; arrive on time, wait 15-30 mins to go back, nurse checks you out, wait another 5-15 mins to see the doctor, then when he comes in it is very brief. I don't think I ever saw him longer then 5 minutes at one time. During those few minutes he didn't try to understand what I was going through. He also seemed to forget everything he said from the previous appointment.
