Dr. Corser is an outstanding doctor who also is compassionate. He has done wonders for my genetic sleep disorder. Am grateful that he is my doctor.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Bruce Corser's office staff yesterday 10/3/2018. I bought and paid for products for my sleep machine. I was told to pick them up at the front desk in suite 225. I came to the suit and the woman at the front desk had my product sitting right next to her chair but sent me down the hall to room 215. Once I got there we had to go back to the front desk where she handed my product immediately and stated that she can't be helping people and checking people in. I informed her that when I came to the desk the first time there was no one there to check in and that all she had to do was to hand me my product that was already paid for. Sounds like there is a conflict inside the office, don't make patients suffer for inside conflicts. she was clearly upset that she had to do this but this is NOT the patients fault. this needs to be addressed I had a very bad experience with Dr. Bruce Corser's office staff yesterday 10/3/2018. I have been going to Dr. Corser for many years. He is very kind and attentive to the needs of his patients. I am always amazed how he remembers things, the personal touch is an added benefit above the excellent medical care I receive!

Dr. Corser is a caring medical professional who invests his valuable time to listen closely to his patients in order to arrive at a correct diagnosis and proper treatment. He provided the proper medication to me allowing me to get the first good night's sleep in five months. He was kind enough to laugh at this patient's corny jokes. A Five Star Doc!

Beware. Dr. Corser owns OSA Optum Sleep Associates and there is push to sell you Sleep Apnea equipment I did not even need. I dealt with there billing department was and billed for entire month of use when turned it 2 days into the next month.
