Dr DeJene performed a triple bypass and aortic valve replacement for me last Oct 31, 2020.

Fantastic surgeon who performed an aortic valve replacement on me. I would highly recommend him for all cardiac needs.

Can’t say enough good things about him. He saved my life when my heart was punctured and I needed emergency open heart surgery. His bedside manner is pretty matter-of-fact, he tries to be as honest and straightforward as possible.

My 84 year old Mother had a double MitraClip surgery performed on December 23 2020, I am forever indebted to Dr Dejenie, Dr Eltom and the amazing physician assistants and all staff. These people are true Angels and Light Workers/ - Miracle Workers In My Opinion. I can never Thank them enough.

Doctor was very thorough at conference in hospital. Very good bedside manner and likable. I trust him to bring me through my journey to heart health and longer life.

Dr Dejene and his expert team exceeded my expectations as a surigical team and in kindness.

Dr. Dejene performed my fathers quad bypass just after christmas 2015. My father asked me to leave this review for him and thank Dr. Dejene for saving his life. Though complications were ran into during the surgery, causing it to last hours longer than it should have, Dr. Dejene was able to correct those complications and prevent further issues and save one of my fathers nearly fully calcified arteries. He was very compassionate yet serious about his work, and he is a completely reputable dr.

10 years ago, this man saved my life. I was 23 years old and was in a head on car accident. My aorta tore, & I needed an aortic dissection. Only 5% of these cases make it to the hospital alive. Less make it through surgery. He went through my back so I didn't end up with a scar on my chest. Even after all these years, he has called me back to assure me I wouldn't have complications during childbirth - I have you to thank for making it possible for me to have my two baby girls. Dr. Dejene saved my 32 year old sons life..It will be a day I will always remember. Not only did he code for 20 minutes he got him back but got him back all of the way..His experience and calmness and the staff identifying his valve was ruptured from a staff virus is the reason my son his here..I will forever owe him and JSMC
