Brien Patrick Daly

Dr Daly is attentive, encouraging, and easy to discuss concerns with. Other members of the care team are also very approachable. It's a plus point that they have have ultrasound facilities on premise, and free parking that's shared with the Watertown Bank (across from Waltham Town Hall), and has a system to encourage punctuality at appointment check-ins!

One of the best decision for a doctor I’ve made . Dr. Daly and his nurse Tami made me feel 100 % comfortable and at ease . Very informative and helpful .

Doctor Daly is patient, listen to his patients and answers all the questions!!! He respects you as a patient and as a woman. A positive experience.

Always kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Takes all the time the patient needs to discuss any issues. Dr. Daley and his staff are the best!

I am eternally grateful to Dr Daly. After a miscarriage his compassion and dedication came through. He was made me feel very comfortable and over all eased the pain I was going through with his professionalism and kindness. He is attentive and remembers each of his patients with great detail! Dr Daley and his staff were fantastic. They are easily accessible, take the time to explain things, and act incredibly quickly with their follow up. I would highly recommend them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brien Daly's for nearly 20 years and feel extremely fortunate to have him as my physician. He sincerely cares about his patients, takes the time to truly listen and understand any issues or concerns, is willing to answer any questions and ensure that you truly understand the answers provided, along with any options for treatment with the relevant pros and cons. He seeks to get to know you as a person vs. just another patient/number. Even if I am feeling poorly physically, I feel better just knowing he is "on the case". He is cautious and thorough without being an alarmist and is always committed to finding an answer. And I wholeheartedly agree with a prior review that he cares about the overall well being of his patients, even when it falls outside of his specialty. Another reviewer mentioned long wait times. I have very rarely experienced a wait time longer than 10 minutes in all of my years as a patient but on the rare occasion when I have, I respect the fact that he is taking the extra time to help a patient in need and I keep in mind how much I appreciated when I have been the one that has needed a few extra minutes at a difficult time and haven't been brushed off or rushed out the door. I repeatedly tell him that he is never retiring as he is irreplaceable! The entire team at Weston-OB GYN is fantastic and I cannot recommend Dr. Daley and the the entire practice enough. Dr. Daly has done a great job caring for me before pregnancy and through the birth of my two children. His office is friendly, I got way more ultrasounds than my friends at other doctors, and apts are easy to get. He can be a little socially awkward but performed my C section and did a fantastic job. All of the other doctors at the hospital were talking about how he is an amazing doctor and surgeon. I will take that over chit chat.

I had Dr. Brien Daly for all most a decade dealing with heavy bleeding. Dr. Brien Daly recommended me so many unnecessary biopsies, ultrasound and open surgery done in his office. Due to all necessary biopsies and open surgery my problems issues getting worse and I ended up loss my uterus, my ovary, fallopian tubes and my cervix. I was completely disappointed. Been going to him for 4 years but I'll be switching to a new doctor. I have always had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes to 1 hour before being seen by the doctor. He packs his appointments in like sardines and I always feel rushed to get out the door. He doesn't take the time to explain things when I have questions. Would not recommend . I definitely cannot agree with Joanna's review. I have been a patient for 4 years myself and I never waited longer than ten minutes (and honestly, if I had to wait I would simply assume that he had to take a little longer with the patient before me because they needed further clarification. Isn't that a good thing?!). Never did I feel rushed and Dr. Daly always makes sure I leave without any further questions. He does not simply put a treatment plan onto you but rather gives you several possible options to choose from. I could not make up my mind on the spot and was told to just think it through and give him a call back. One time, a few years ago, he even looked up something related to dermatology for me when he saw eczema-like patches on my skin. He could have just said "This is not my field of expertise, you should see a dermatologist." For me, he always went above and beyond and I truly trust him. I always feel like he cares about me and my health. I would definitely recommend him. I definitely cannot agree with Joanna's review. I have been a patient of Dr. Brien Daly, of Weston OB GYN, for a good part of 25 years now. I will say that when I first chose a man as my gynecologist, I was a bit apprehensive but, now at the age of 54, I am so thankful for him. I still recall out first meeting, how he put me at ease and allowed me to ask the questions, in my "Wenda" way, with no judgment and he fully answered each and every one of them, even the silly ones and did not make me feel like I couldn't ask it. He has helped me through some life changing decisions to, when at the age of 40, I had to have a full hysterectomy. We worked together with Dana Farber and my family history of Ovarian and Breast cancer and we decided what the best options would be moving forward post hysterectomy. It has gone full circle and now my baby is his patient too. When it came time for her to make decisions in her life, he was the person I felt she should see and she cannot say enough about how much she enjoys his approach. I have always been greeted by his staff attentively and they have been great when I call from Florida to have my medication(s) refilled. And even though I am in Florida, I still will come home to see him for my visits. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor that will listen, that will treat you like a person and not a number and allow you the freedom to be open and candid in what you need to ask and say to him with regards to your body. Very bad

I’ve had plenty of woman sexual health doctors before and all of them were okay. My Mom always told me to have a male doctor for such and I can say she was correct. I went in for the first time to talk about different options and he explained everything to myself and my fiancé and made sure there was no confusion whatsoever.
