Bridgett is absolutely wonderful! I've been going to her for a little over 2 years and I love how she takes her time and listens to her patients. She's very knowledgeable and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy and feels more like a spa than a doctor's office.

I highly recommend Bridgett. I had severe lower back pain when I went to see her , and when I left I was pretty much pain free,!! ( I might add that when I called for an appt. even though I wasn't a regular customer and she didn't have an opening that day Bridgett stayed over her regular hours to get me in and help me out ) Thanks Bridgett Your awesome !!! Bridgett is amazing. Just after two visits, my neck and back is feeling so much better. Her thoroughness and caring for my issues will keep me coming back.

I started seeing Dr. Urban for some issues with my back postpartum. After a few visits I have had much of my pain and mobility corrected. She is very professional and takes the time to talk about where your problem areas are. She makes scheduling easy too!

Called Bridgett to see if I could get in to see her (last minute) and she worked me in. My neck was in pain and I could not turn my head in the full motion. After treatment, my neck felt awesome. Her ability to explain to me how our body moves was refreshing and enlightening. I would highly recommend her services!!

She listens, she takes time to explain a plan for wellness. When you leave her office, there is a feeling of relief & comfort. I prefer the spa location of her office to a traditional practice location. It puts me in a calm state before visit begins. Dr. Urban listened and adjusted to develop a treatment program over time that is unique to my needs. She also explains what she is doing and the relationship of areas of the spine to other parts of your body. I am truly pleased with the results and continue to visit as needed. My migraines and lower back discomfort have been considerably reduced to almost non-existent. In addition, I enjoy visiting. Didnt listen very well. Felt pressured to agree with things I didn't agree with. Last appointment she was in a hurry. I was in there for 17 minutes, 5 of which were spent talking and paying. Was very rushed and charged more than any other chiropractor I've been to. Seemed to be all about the money. Was a nice place, but you pay a lot for the atmosphere. Felt worse than before I went in. Would not recommend.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor. Bridgett was very kind, patient, and welcoming and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my neck. She managed to improve my range of motion and ease the pain after just the first visit

Very nice facility at Salon 53 but most of all a great Doctor who knows her stuff. She releived discomfort in my back and on one occasion I hurt my wrist and had an appointment for a haircut at the Salon. At that time she took me right after my haircut and worked on my wrist. Within 24 hours it was almost 100% again.

Dr. Urban is the best at getting my upper cervicals to move. I miss being able to see her on a regular basis. Port Clinton residents don't know how lucky they are to have such an experienced physician, but I'm sure in time they will. Highly recommended!
