Front desk staff is cold. Stacy was short and rude over the phone. A Rather condescending tone. Then, because they wanted to do procedures not covered by my insurance and I declined she continued to be abrupt and rude. The day of the consultation appointment, the cost increased by almost $40 for out of pocket and both receptionists were cold and short. Finally, because I couldn’t afford the out of pocket costs of the procedure, Stacy refused to make eye contact and was very dismissive. I’m getting a referral to another professional and hopefully their staff are more personable and helpful with such a big decision with a hefty cost.

Do not going anywhere else but here for your root canals. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Wilson is the most amazing and calming doctor. You can request headphones (they remember your favorite music), and a blanket. After a horrible root canal done by a different dentist, Dr. Wilson fixed me right up. I won’t go anywhere else ever again. Highly recommend!

It was all good and I thank my God and Dr. Chadwick and Destiny for guiding me your direction! I was concerned about the whole procedure with a badly infected and structurally questionable tooth but I was helped to feel at ease, the procedure went smoothly and was completed in one sitting!! Yea!! Now waiting for the 2 visits to Dr. Chadwick to get a crown on that tooth. When it is better protected I will relax even more! Thanks again to Dr. Wilson, his assistant, Jenny, and the office staff - you are all wonderful! Barbara Gardner

From the first visit at the desk, to the care by Dr Wilson, there was warmth, caring & gentle treatment. For a root canal, it was relatively painless

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Wilson and his staff. They are professional, kind and the dental work I had done is fantastic. To top it off his office is absolutely beautiful.

Dr. Park and Medical Technician were very polite and informative. It was a pleasure to be seen by them. They made us very confident of their diagnosis. It was a very positive experience. We recommend this facility.

My experience at Valley Endodontics was exceptional. Dr. Frances Park and staff did an amazing job on my root canal. They made me feel comfortable, informed, and safe throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for resolving my tooth pain.

Expect to pay a lot out of pocket. For my procedure with delta dental, full coverage, Getting my root canal done took about 3 months 5 visits between their two offices for one procedure. I had to pay $3500 of my own money and am Still paying more. Even if you have great dental coverage, get a quote in writing beforehand. I felt this was handled in a not so upfront way or professional way. My advice, seek out multiple options for dental care first if you have that luxury. Expect to pay a lot out of pocket. In my estimation, this is the best place to go for a root canal!. Dr. Park explains everything in detail and thoroughly and efficiently does the root canal. All the supporting staff at Valley Endodontics are very friendly and frequently check on you to make sure you are okay. I highly recommend this office!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Park. She was compassionate beyond belief and very professional. She sure knew what she was doing! I highly recommend her for any root canal surgery you might need.

I have to give a one star because the front staff told me that my dental insurance was not on their plan. It was November and I waited for open enrollment to change to delta dental. I called them when I changed the insurance and was told that they checked and I was covered. The day before the procedure I was called and they again said I was covered. On the day of the procedure they told me that I would pay out of pocket $1600+. I questioned this (I was told previously that with my other insurance it would be $1800.) I questioned what it would be without insurance and was smuggly told that it would be over$2000. I paid the price and left, never knowing that the insurance did not cover me. I WAS OUT OF NETWORK. I have federal dental. Today I got the paper from the dental insurance which says I am out of network and should only pay $352. I went to this doctor because I needed gas as I have a phobia. They talk down to you and are reluctant to answer questions about services and in general just rude particularly Stacey. I scheduled an appointment eight weeks ago and called to ask questions about the next steps in the treatment process a week prior to my appointment and her first comment was, “we gave you a sheet that you signed about your treatment”. She never would answer any questions. I then found out that they actually changed my appointment and never contacted me from the original Monday to a Wednesday. Great experience! I can't say enough about how helpful this office was during my toothache which happened during the COVID pandemic. The front office staff seemed knowledgeable about what was going on with my pain and got me in quickly. They also were quick to give me a cost for my visit. Its not fun to spend money at the dentist, but this was money well spent. Dr. Wilson has a great calming manner. Great experience! Amazing and attentive care!

Been to Dr. Wilson a few times. He's excellent.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and now I have happy teeth. Dr. Wilson explains procedures well and readily answers questions.

The entire staff was professional. They took special steps to be sure I was comfortable during my root canal. Dr.Park fully explained exactly what steps they took to complete the procedure.

Tooth extraction today went well with only minor discomfort. Doctor and assistant were very professional and communicative, had been vaccinated and took maximum COVID precautions.

They were polite on the phone, they were very friendly at reception, and the assistant was awesome. All before I met the Dr. The Dr. was great. I've been through many dental experiences, and this team was A+.

I had my first root canal there. Dr. Park was phenomenal and I loved all the staff I interacted with. Angela (I think? Dr. Park's assistant) was super sweet in particular and I really enjoyed chatting with her! Thanks for all of your help!!❤️

I suspect that nobody looks forward to a root canal, but if you have to have one, this is the place to go. I was kept apprised every step of the way about what was being done, why it was being done, and what it would cost. Ouch, but let’s tell it like it is. You don’t want to buy inferior parachutes or inferior endodontists. Speaking of pain, there was virtually none throughout the treatments. The doctor and all of the support staff were friendly, and clearly wanted the patient to have a good experience. Amazing facility, and even better staff. I visited doctor Wilson after busting one of my back teeth. I broke my tooth over the weekend, and I was so worried about being able to get it taken care of. I called on Monday morning, and they got me right in, and took amazing care of me. The whole process from pulling my tooth to implant was super easy, and pain free. Staff as very welcoming and efficient. They answered all my questions and were very understanding about my dental anxiety. The office is very beautiful and efficiently designed. I recently had a root canal completed by the team at Valley Endodontics. Dr. Park completed the procedure over two visits, both of which were successful from my perspective. I appreciated the very professional care, the focus and mastery she exhibited. She did a great job explaining & patiently communicating the process, ensuring I was comfortable...not rushing or taking shortcuts anywhere. The same goes for her assistants, Jenny & Krista. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Park and her entire staff. My appointment was a 2 part appointment for a root canal. I felt that Dr. Park did a great job of explaining my root infection and the treatment. She was very professional and went out of her way to make me very comfortable. Her assistant provided me with music to relax me and even remember my Pandora station on the second visit. The office itself is quite beautiful, feel more like ones living room. Dr. Wilson is so gentle, kind, and competent. He’s like the Mr. Rogers of the dental world, immediately putting you at ease. He’s done two root canals, and I can tell you they were 99% pain free, just a little sting with the initial needle for numbing. Ask for music and headphones, sit back, and relax! Highly recommend Dr. Wilson!

I have found the staff here to be really rude and condescending. I paid 1k out of pocket for a root canal retreatment and when my insurance went through, I still owed $165. I also had to pay my regular dentist $1400 for the replacement crown. They first sent my bill to my work. I got that fixed and sent in a 50 dollar payment but they will not accept it. My husband is currently out of work because of COVID-19 stay at home order. They simply stated that a lot of people are in this situation and were very judgemental. I do not recommend them. Overpriced, rude, judgemental. They also did not go over all of my options when I went in and afterwards, I was told that my root canal may fail. I would have opted for an implant. Staff is professional, the office is stunning, and the doctor is completely on top of pain management. I’ve never had such a great experience going to have work done on my teeth

I am old and have experience with many many dentists. Brian Wilson is right up there with the best of them. There's not many in the Best Category, but he is one of them.

The staff is very friendly. They also help you feel at ease when there:) had my first partial root canal and explained the whole process. They geniuely care about patients.

Great waiting room, comfortable chairs and nice view. Magazines and oregon photography books available. Dr. Wilson is very nice and knows what he's doing.

Dr. Wilson spent a great deal of time explaining the imaging studies and the procedure to be performed. He was very meticulous AND caring.
