It's a joke that I still receive a payment invoice when my consultation was not the best. I answered the questions myself, I went to the office thinking that they would give me a more specialized exam and it was not like that. I’m sorry with all due respect but it is the truth, I wanted a specialized opinion for my skin and I did not receive it.

Called to schedule a new patient appointment. Asked if they accepted my insurance. Woman on the phone said she “wasnt sure”. I asked if she could run the insurance with my ID # and let me know. She said “no I cant do that. Call your insurance company and they will tell you.” I asked if I scheduled an appointment would she not have to run it either way. Her response was “yes but I cant guarantee we take that insurance or if your insurance will pay for the appointment. We will scan the card when you come in”. She was so incredibly rude. Called an office in west jordan who, with no hesitation, ran my insurance over the phone and scheduled me an appointment.

I love this place. They are professional and thorough.

I am new patient of Dr. Williams. The entire staff was great. Very thorough and on schedule. If looking for a new I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Williams.

Have called in a med refill on 12/23 (it’s now almost February) and it wasn’t refilled. I called and called, and have left multiple messages. NO ONE has called me back and the refill request from the pharmacy has gone unanswered. Guess I’m finding a new doctor now that I’m in an emergent situation.

Can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr Williams. I'm someone who HATES Drs and will wait till the last second to go. I had what I thought was a lipoma that turned out to be a cist. And what I thought the be a cist that turned out to be a benine (something)oma. Thought I was going to get a quick check then rescheduled for another apt for removal and was very pleasantly surprised when the Dr said he would do removal right then and there. His asst Jessica was super friendly and handled her job like an expert. And the Dr was fast and efficient all while displaying a wicked awesome sense of humor that kept my anxiety at bay. Never have I felt more comfortable at a Drs office and now I feel like a new woman having 20 yrs of dealing w a lump taken care of.

Dr Williams is great! Very quick and proficient. I started seeing him about a year ago and my skin has never looked better! It’s clean, smooth and has less wrinkles and/or dark spots; thanks to the benzoprypal cream to which is amazing if I do say so myself. :) On a not so positive note however, the front office staff, specifically and especially Christy, isn’t very friendly and doesn’t appear to believe in, abide by, or practice customer service. I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr's office. I was referred to Dr Williams from a good friend of mine who is a doctor. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if Dr Wiliams can also look at a Urology issue I had while I was there, they said yes, he is also an M.D. The 2 other times I was contacted by his staff to confirm my appointment, I also confirmed again if he can address my Urology issue, the staff said yes. When I arrived, Dr Williams did not greet me or even acknowledge me when he walked into the room. He didn't read the paper I filled out with all of the concerns I would like addressed. When I asked about the Urology issue first, he said, I don't do Urology. I said that is frustrating because your staff said you did. He then asked if I want my money back and to end the appointment. I said YES! Before he could even look to see if I needed multiple dermatology issues addressed, he asked me if I want my money back! Never a wait and always very thorough. I see both Dr. Williams and Vanessa Gonzalez. They're both incredible! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately due to insurance we came to Dr Williams one time too many. His bedside manner comments are borderline inappropriate and cringe worthy. My Son, who was not a patient isn't a fan either. He was wearing a hat and Dr. Williams kept messing with it. I jokingly asked him to stop, I was uncomfortable and it was bothering my son. The next time he came in the room he actually flicked the hat off my Sons head. Dr Williams is like an annoying teenager!

STAY AWAY! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will not be coming back and would not recommend treatment here unless you want hassle, headaches, and more problems. My wife and I went here for treatment in April. The front desk did a horrible job explaining billing. After treatment was all said and done, my bill out of pocket was double what cash pay would have been. Although I was frustrated, I was told they would work with me. I called 8-10 times and was never able to get ahold of their billing lady. I was told by the front multiple times that they would leave her my name and number and that she would call me back. I’ve been here 3 times so far and have had an excellent experience twice. My third visit I waited longer than I wanted, however it wasn’t longer than every other Dr’s office out there. The staff has always been so nice and I LOVE the nurse practitioner, sorry I can’t recall her name. Every time I’ve seen her she is incredibly friendly, very thorough and asked me multiple times if there was anything else we needed to cover. I’m surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I’ve never had an issue with staff. They’ve been able to treat, freeze, cut, laser, and electrify any issue I’ve brought to them. Vanessa Gonzalez is AMAZING! I brought my mom in with some concerning and painful skin issues. My mom is very wary of medicine/doctors, so the fact that Vanessa won her over means even more to me. It can be really difficult to get my mom to take medicine on time and as instructed. Vanessa was really straightforward and detailed in her instructions and game plan, which made my mom completely confident in her abilities. She gave my mom realistic expectations, specific time frames, and side effects to look out for. Both times we saw Vanessa my mom spent the car ride home just raving about her. I was very disappointed in this place. I waited for almost an hour to be seen. I went to ask the front desk and she even commented on the wait. I wanted some angiomas removed (which I stated when making the appointment). When I went in the NP said she didn't have any equipment to remove them and spent about 2 min with me. Why didn't they say anything when I made the appointment about not having the equipment. Also, why wouldn't they have some of the equipment to remove them? I have had Melanoma twice in my life and have never had such a poor all over skin exam then I have from Dr. Williams. Less then 2 minutes. Didn’t even look at my scalp, neck, ears. It’s almost like he was uncomfortable. Then pushed the sunscreen talk. I hear him go in the next room and say the exact same thing, same sunscreen pitch. RUDE and unprofessional! My chiropractor referred me to this guy! I called to see if I could get a cash price because I am uninsured. The price they gave me was doable. I have had a 3 inch Lypoma on my shoulder for several years. A young girl looked at me at first and immediately said, "I need to get the doctor for a 2nd opinion, I am not sure we can do this in the office." He came back immediately and while he was tugging and pulling on it, he says "wow, this thing is huge!" jokingly. wow dude, where's your manners? I am already self conscious about it. and then jokingly says, its going to have a nice big scar. I didn't think it was funny. I just rolled my eyes. wow, I was blown away. So unprofessional. I have been a medical massage therapist for 23 yrs, I see all kinds of stuff on my clients and never would BLURT inconsiderate things to them and joke about it. Total hack job! Would give zero stars if i had the option. Had 2 moles removed, wounds are twice as big as the mole was and scar line is all over the place, not a circle like my mole shape was. It looks like I let a two year old play with a pair of scissors. Didnt explain to me about any aftercare or what to expect. Doctor William's was very robotic and lacked basic social communication skills. I found it to be a very cold and insensitive visit. The staff was also horribly rude and inconsiderate when working with my insurance and coding.

All of the staff was kind and efficient. Dr. Williams let me know I had nothing to worry about right now and helped my daughter with some warts. He is very knowledgeable. We are self-pay and his pricing is very reasonable!

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for over 9 years. He was very knowledgeable and energetic. Over the course of time, I have seen nurse practitioners when I needed an appointment sooner. More recently, my eczema had flared up to the point where I was in pain and healing was not occurring with prescription steroid creams. Vanessa, the nurse practitioner, was amazing and she thoroughly helped me find a medication that would help my skin. When my first insurance company denied my request for the medication, she took the time to write an appeal. She never stopped fighting for me, even when they denied me again. Fortunately, I had a secondary insurance and it was then approved. I am so lucky to have a nurse practitioner and dr. that are willing to help me, even when it's above and beyond. Dr. Williams is fantastic. He has great "bedside" manner and is always very upbeat. More importantly though, he has treated my family very well over the years. When I was a teenager I had terrible acne and swore my own kids wouldn't go through the same thing. He has taken care of all three of them and now that they are adults they all have perfect blemish-free complexions (take your kids to him - no one should live through terrible acne in high school - it's awful!) I have gone to Dr. Williams office for 8 years. I love the staff! Dr. Williams is a wonderful dermatologist. He is so exceptional that you need to schedule in advance because everyone wants to be seen by him. His nurse Vanessa has become the person I see due to scheduling on short notice. Absolutely worse experience ever. I made an appointment for my husband. Arrived a head of time. All the staffed cared about was making sure Financial paperwork was completed. The lady I came to see declared I was right with my self-diagnosis right after walking in the room and hastened to prescribe medication that I sure hope works. I do appreciate efficiency, and I do appreciate her explanations to the questions I fit in, but I did not even have time to ask about the skin condition itself in terms of proper skin care I should take or time lines I should be aware of or even how the medication has helped others with similar conditions. In fact, I'm not even sure when I'm getting my medication. I understand there was a backed up line and it was understaffed, but having a health professional who at least checks in, "Do you have any questions?" would make a huge difference. Vanessa was incredible! I learned so much at my own appointment! I had a mole removed on my abdomen. She explain the whole procedure, made sure I was numb, and was in an out quickly. Definitely recommend!

The PA I saw was great, she took time to answer all of my questions and explain the condition I have. I went to another dermatologist a month ago, who diagnosed me with another condition that didn't make sense. The PA here knew right away what I needed. Also, to management: I almost cancelled my appointment here because of all of the terrible google reviews. That would have been unfortunate because the care I got wasn't the issue. It's simple things like the signs at the front desk about co-pays etc. that seem a little aggressive and kinda childish that are throwing your patients off. I would defiantly just re-word them to sound more professional. Like I said the provider was great, it's seeming like maybe the office itself needs better management. Had to leave a good review ! I was referred to Derm Vanessa after a bad experience with a previous derm. She listened to all of my concerns , and was very detailed with what she prescribed me . I would recommend this place 1000%!

horrible arrogant rude

I'm not big on doing these unless they're necessary. I was a patient for a few years. Dr. Williams was always late for my appointments. I felt that some of my care was rushed and not thorough. In fact, my new dermatologist found and recommended things he didn't. You can always tell when someone cares, looks in your eyes, and listens. I felt like his office was set up for rapid business and not real attentive care. Lastly, while I was done and going to change back into my clothing (I only had on my boxers), he left the room and kept the door open. Two women on his staff looked in and it was definitely uncomfortable. I gave him my feedback on the spot and told him I was done. He was very callous and he left me waiting in the room for about 30 minutes. My daughter has started Accutane due to really bad acne. Ruth was great with her. She helped her to understand what she needed to do to use the medication and what to expect. The visits are complete and quick and we have hardly had to wait at all in the lobby. The staff are great and very helpful. Thank you all!

I trust Dr. Williams. The moment I walked into his office, he noticed redness on my scalp, which was one of the reasons I went to him, but I didn't disclose it. He also identified a cancerous melanoma on my face and caught it in time before it became a big issue. He knows his stuff. While he talks quickly, I felt like he spent quality time with me answering my questions and walking me through what to expect. I recommend him to my friends. He sees many members of my family.

Don't go to him, he was horrible!! I had a pre-cancerous growth and he did a small treatment on it that ended up getting seriously infected. After going back numerous times for a remedy, which none of them worked, I finally had to go to a different doctor who treated the infection immediately. He talks extremely fast and hurried through the entire procedure, making me feel like he wants to just cram as many people as possible into his day. I had been going to this office for 8 years maybe a little longer. I was appalled by the way I was treated by the front desk staff, and the billing lady. I had questions regarding my insurance/copay. Instead of doing her job to explain the copy she was very rude. Also including other staff that worked at the front desk while checking in, I was asking the receptionist a question, she ignored me, and proceeded to take my copy, still not answering my questions. I thought dr Williams is a great dr, is super nice to my children and even went down on his knees to fix my daughter's shoes. And I think he took care of my son's eczema too. But I really don't like the management/office I will say. dr Williams asked us to come back in a month to see if my son's ezcema has improved. Then on my reminder call I asked the caller what should I do if I think his ezcema is clear, should I still go, she said you can just cancel, but somehow I need an advise on what meds to put on him, since he got 2 kinds. So I left a long message, hoping to hear back if I still need to go or not, since I didn't mean to cancel the apptmn, just need an advise on it. But I never got a call back, I even checked again the next day, I haven't finished my talking the receptionist transfered my call to a machine for another message. On top of that I was sent a full bill, when I checked my ins they never got the claim. I called finance and she put the wrong number on it, come on when an insurance claim sent back to you you should first check on that before send me a full bill saying my visit is not covered since you made a copy of my card. He is a great dr. He knows what he is doing and makes me comfortable with his results.

Dr Ruth is a super star and should be one of the avengers really knew her stuff don’t put if off any longer get your butt in there and get checked out it might save your life

Nice, quiet little office. Dr. Williams is a little loud and dorky, but he's fun. Be prepared for him to bust through the door and say "ALRIGHT, where is it?!" Lol. Will go back for sure

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My dad is related to this DR so this breaks my heart. But the staff is extremely rude. Why don't you have a public email address on your website so I can send information about appointments without having to call you during office hours?

Generally, the service is good, and the staff is fairly helpful. They have helped me out significantly with different dermatological issues, so I am definitely grateful for that. I do, however, have one major complaint: if I make an appointment at 8:00 and show up at 7:50, then the doctor should be there before 8:20. I had to reschedule my appointment and come back later, after already making members of my family late to- or absent from work and school for this appointment. Although, as far as service goes, I am grateful for the service I have received from the NP, I have only actually seen Dr. Williams once, and am, quite frankly, frustrated by this tardiness. I love seeing Dr. Williams. I have been seeing him for 13 years and have had no problems

Office staff is SO incredibly RUDE, Their office manager Sue is a beast, completely unfriendly, NOT helpful, and insultring! Sue told me to she would NOT bill the insurance and that I should just do it myself. Dr. Williams needs to be made fully aware how awful she is. I would N E V E R recommend this office simply because of her. She was hostile, rude, inappropriate and UNwilling to do her job; such as bill insurance. Patients for years and we are going elsewhere

I have never written a review but I have also never been treated as poorly as I was today by Dr. Williams front office staff. After taking my family to this practice for years, I will never return. Due to the snow storm, when we went to get in our car, the locks and doors were frozen. I immediately called Dr. Williams office to notify them of this issue. They gave us 15 minutes to get there. Very rude, will not return.

I've been going to Dr. Williams for years. I absolutely love him. He's so funny. He makes me feel very comfortable. Went to two other dermatologists before I found Dr. Williams. He was recommended by my primary care physician as she had been to him and really liked him.

I did not have a good experience at all. Every visit felt like he was very blunt and speed talking so he could cram in as many patients as possible. He recommended a procedure and told me I would have no down time to recover. Well it took 6 weeks to recover and I couldn't even work. The wound wasn't healing and after 3 visits back to him with different instructions each time I finally had to go to another doctor who gave me totally different instructions and it healed right up.

Highly unprofessional! I drove 30 minutes to reach the clinic at 4:30 and was told that my appointment was 4:15 and I had missed it. I played the voicemail message for the receptionist, which said 4:30. She went in to consult, then said they had too many patients that day and couldn't FIT me in.

I am appalled at the service that my two children and I received. Dr. Williams scared my children, showed them medical pictures of adults with a genetic condition, scared my disabled son so much that he was screaming to get out of the room. I have never ever witnessed a professional behave in such a manner. Dr. Willaims' behavior was unexcusable. I would not recommend him in any manner. Dr. Williams is nice, but the staff is forgetful, poor service. The billing lady is a nightmare, not sure where they found her. The medical assistant is nice but didn't authorize prescriptions for over a week twice and is slow to respond to calls, she apologized, but you are left out to dry. Hard to give a good recommendation when a doctor's office is far more than the doctor. Dr. Williams is nice, but the staff is forgetful, poor service. I'm not sure how Dr. Williams is personally, I was only permitted to see his PA. I originally went to have some acne checked as a way to screen dermatologists as I try to find one I like so I could get my skin checks for melanoma. His PA told me that she wasn't going to prescribe anything because of my age and that "usually acne goes away at age __" which I happened to be turning in a few months. A year later, nothing has changed and I ended up at a different dermatologist. Despite my disappointment with his PA I feel the office was organized and helpful. We see the PA, Amber, and she's great! Billing lady is a huge JERK! Seriously, it is rare to have to deal with somebody as awful as her during our appointments...we had to talk to her once and she made me cry for something that wasn't even my fault. Dr. Williams is great. He is a good doctor with a great sense of humor. He does a great job. He is quick and efficient and his staff is very nice.

I read some of these reviews and wonder who these people are. The staff was easy to deal with, The PA (can't remember her name) was great, answered all my questions, listened to concerns and spent time with me. Couldn't have asked for an easier better experience. Not sure what some of these negative reviews were about.

Just took my daughter to Dr. Williams for the first time. He was fabulous. He is different than a usual Doctor, being that he is lighthearted and fun. A little sarcastic in a good way. I'm happy I was referred and will continue to go there. Having said that, the staff did make a mistake when calling to remind me of the appointment. I corrected than and all was good.
