He?s very soft spoken and listens to my concerns. He answers my questions in a way that I can understand. His office staff is very nice and totally awesome!!!!

Dr Sugai was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped to relieve the pain in my big toe by trimming down the curved overgrowth. He also checked my nerve sensations and did a general diabetic check.

Dr. Sugai has helped me with ingrown toenail problems. He was patient and went out of his way to help me heal my toes.

Dr. Sugai did a thorough examination of my Diabetic feet. He listened to my concerns and discussed my condition with me in a way I could understand. He recommended several solutions to the issues that bothered me. He was courteous and professional.

I have been seen by several Podiatrist. Each of these Podiatrist did the same things from the first visit. Dr. SUgai did non of these services. I got the impression he does not take care of diabetic patients who do not need surgery.

He did not know what he was doing. I came to see him a few years ago with a very swollen inflamed foot; he put on his gloves, stood there and just looked at my feet or touch to examine them, shrugged his shoulders and said, Well, I don't know what that is...., and that was it! I have a need for custom diabetic shoes. He took plaster molds. Said he'd get back to me when insurance approved. Never heard from him. He totally forgot I have diabetes-it's in my files! Insurance pays for that!
