Everyone was no nice and very professional. Dr. Perkinson was amazing and took his time to explain everything in detail.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Perkinson and his staff were very polite, understanding and eager to ease my pain in my knees due to arthritis. I was very pleased with the expertise and kindness I experienced. Thank you!

I appreciated the opportunity to meet with Dr Perkinson, as he was recommended to me by someone I work with. Dr Perkinson answered all my questions and sent me home with plenty to read in preparation for a successful surgery.

My first visit went really good . Doctor Perkinson was very patient and took time to explain the up coming weeks told me what to expect . The tech’s that I dealt with were very nice and explained to me what we where doing and why . So I give them a 10 out of 10 I am very satisfied . I will let you know the outcome if ask .

He was my doctor years ago and I moved to another state for 5 years and just moved back. I specifically wanted him back as my doctor and just happened to find him by accident. Cause he moved to a new office since I moved away. He's always been caring in my eyes, he listens, and he's never rude. He also manages my pain without putting me in more pain. That's why I returned looking for him to continue as my doctor and eventually my surgeon.

He is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward when describing the mechanics of the injury, diagnosis, treatment plan and prognosis. His manner is highly reassuring, without being unrealistic, and very patient-focused. He instills immediate trust and confidence with his overall professionalism. Highly recommend.

Brian Perkinson has been my orthopedist for about 6 years. He handled both my hip replacement and my knee replacement, and from day one I have been completely confident in both his judgment and his skill. Dr. Perkinson has a wonderful calm manner and conveys an attitude of respect for his patients. I have never felt any pressure to rush into surgery and I am confident that I get straight answers to my concerns and questions. He is the doctor everyone tries to find.

Dr Perkinson was fantastic. He took his time to find the reason I was in pain and gave me a great plan to recovery.

Dr.Perkinson and staff members were excellent.. Came in because I was experiencing pain in my left knee and it was also popping. I was limping. it hurt to walk. The staff got me in and got an x-Ray. I saw the doctor. He told me what was wrong and what was going on. He was very kind and gentle, very thorough. He done what needed to be done in my opinion. He set my mind at ease. My knee is doing good. now. He assured me that if I had any more problems with the knee to call him, He set my mind at ease. Thank you Dr. Perkinson.

I liked Dr Perkinson, lots. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and…He gave me a (not so fun) steroid shot for my knee pain, that actually worked! He also provided additional alternatives to surgery. For that? I’m super grateful and hopeful. Already referred my Dr., a friend, and my daughter-in-law to him. They’ve all made appointments.

Very professional, direct, and yet personable. Presented all aspects of the surgery, risks and benefits, in a manner that was easy to understand.

My first appointment with Dr Perkinson was efficient. He set up tests and a plan that I agree with. I look forward to my next appointment.

I broke my leg in a car accident- Dr Parkinson’s office and Dr Perkinson were wonderful to deal with- they got me in, able to do X-rays in house and helped me with medical supplies . His office was efficient and Dr Perkinson has a really good bedside manner. I work in healthcare and know the pitfalls and trust issues we all have when we see a new Doctor and their staff- I never felt like I had to worry about this and they guided me through each step of the way and kept me informed. I am truly grateful for him and his staff.

Dr. Perkinson performed my husband's hip surgery a few years ago, so I knew who to call when I developed a knee issue. I really liked that he started with X-rays and the least invasive treatment and if the knee doesn't improve as expected then we will move on to the step. Dr. Perkinson is personable and caring and I'm glad he is my doctor.

What a GREAT DOCTOR!!!!!! Very compassionate.Short wait time, listened very well. Explaining everything very clearly. Would highly recommend Dr. Perkinson, we drove 3 house to see him ! From Northern Mississippi Alcorn County.

Every one was helpful, friendly, polite, and informative. They saw me quickly, I had very little wait time. Dr. Perkinson was warm and explained everything clearly. He answered all my question without hesitation and honestly.

Outstanding Physician. Total hip replacement and I was going up and down stairs the next day.

Dr. Perkinson was pleasant, professional, timely, effective in addressing my pain, and formulating a plan that included several options. Recommend for hip or knee issues.

Dr. Perkinson was very prompt, thorough and kind. I received an immediate examination, a complete explanation of my issue, along with treatment and course of action to follow-up. I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful as well! I recommend Dr. Perkinson and TN Bone and Joint for any orthopedic issue!

Was very happy I chose Dr. Perkinson at Bone and Joint Institute! He was very personable and answered all of my questions. I look forward to working with him on my care.

He listened and gave me his recommendation to try to see if it gave me relief b4 having to have surgery.

Saw the doc yesterday....very sweet, gave us all options and explained everything very well.

Thoroughly and extensively explained plus and minuses of knee replacement surgery and the recovery experience was clearly explained. He has much experience in his field. He repaired my wife’s hip and she has done very well in the six years since. Thankful to have him as my surgeon.

My daughter in law was amazed that the cortisone shot to my knee was almost painless.

Skilled Caring Physcian. I'm 90 years old and had a complete hip replacement. I was standing at the side of the bed and taking steps the day after surgery.

Dr Perkinson and his team got me in the day I called. He was very thorough. He listened and addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Perkinson did my right knee the second time when it was replaced the first time and was not fixed. I could not straighten my knee and it was throwing my back out but when he replaced it the second time it was wonderful and could straighten it and bend at full capacity. Highly recommend Dr. Perkinson!

Dr.Perkinson is an excellent orthopedic surgeon, with an exceptional bedside manner! He performed a total hip replacement 5 yrs ago and I place tremendous confidence in his expertise and care. Highly recommend both him, and the Bone & Joint Clinic of Tennessee.

Dr. Perkinson was great and very knowledgeable on my situation. I like that he wasn’t quick to offer surgery of any sort but did offer to investigate why I was have the pain I was having in my hip. I’ve had great success at Bone and Joint of Franklin!

Facility (brand new) was conveniently located off I-65 with ample parking. I was greeted at the door, temperature check and given location of my physician. Entire staff was courteous and Dr. Perkinson was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have had a very extensive issue with hip and joint pain. I'm relatively new to TN and this is the first appt that I've had the issues addressed. Dr Perkinson was thorough and explain the issues that he could diagnose immediately and scheduled me for an MRI & F/U appt with him within the week. I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Brian Perkinson. Dr. Perkinson went out of his way to have a detailed discussion about my other knee being replaced and the different options in front of us. Although, it’s a little premature to get my knee replaced, the feedback I received was invaluable. It’s been along time since I felt like I was talking to someone that REALLY cared about the decision in front of me. He asked very candid questions and listened carefully to the answers. Great office experience. Dr Perkinson was very easy to talk with and he thoroughly explained everything he would do in my surgery. He also told me what to expect with my recovery. The office staff were great and I felt very comfortable with patient distancing in waiting room. My wait time was less than 10 minutes.

Dr. Perkinson listened to my mother’s complaints, asked her what she expected, and gave an option they both agreed to.

Doctor Perkinson was clear and concise. He was very specific in describing my knee problems and offered several options for treatment. He answered all of my questions and I felt that he wanted to make sure that I was well informed. I would recommend highly recommended him.

Dr. Perkinson was intelligent, kind, and listened to me about my leg pain. After having ongoing pain from a walking injury, incurred when we lived in another state, it was a relief to hear his plan of finding the source of my pain. My husband and I feel that he is professional and thorough, and I look forward to working with him to find a resolution to this pain.

I really enjoyed my visit to the B&JI. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in about 30 minutes including x-rays of my knees. Dr. Perkinson was very friendly and attentive. I liked the fact that there was a person taking notes of our conversation so he could focus on talking to me, explaining my knee problems effectively, and my options. I will eventually have to have knee replacements, but he left it up to me as to when it will be done. No surgery for me now, but when I decide, I will be going to see Dr. Perkinson to do them because I was that comfortable and impressed with him.
