It has been a long while since I have had to visit Dr. Nicholson, but I was having a serious, continual issue with prostate infections. Dr. Nicholson was very understanding, informative and helpful. He and helped me beat the infections and I am happy to say I have not had anymore issues with my prostate. If you've read through the reviews on here, don't let any of them sway your judgment. Dr. Nicholson is honest, very knowledgeable in his field and takes very good care of his patients. Thank you, Doc!! Even though my initial appointment was less than comfortable, Dr. Brian Nicholson did everything he could to make it as painless as possible. His nurse is kind, as well. He performed a bladder suspension on me last week, and so far I am very happy with the outcome!!!

Dr Nicholson spends time with you and answers your question. I went thru prostate surgery, prostate biopsy, cat scan, bone scan, and everything was well done and timely. He took care of me.

Arrogant and condescending, bad mouths other providers behind their backs. Performs surgeries but after the initial post-op visit if you have any problems with his surgical site will refer you back to the doctor who sent you to him instead of looking at it himself. I got to where I would have panic attacks any time I was to see him because I didn't know what his response would be to my issues and if he would say I shouldn't have gone to my gynecologist instead (despite the fact that he was the one who did the vaginal surgery and GYN said to see my surgeon, Dr. Nicholson). He is greedy. They did not tell me that the service wasn't covered by insurance!! Charges you so much for very common and normal stuff, he met me for 10 minutes and charge me $400 and when I came back as follow up he just asked me if everything ok and there wasn't any side effects, and charge me $80 for less than 5 minutes. Additionally I did not get a benefit from the medicine he described to me. He is greedy. They did not tell me that the service wasn't covered by insurance!! He is greedy and the staff in the clinic don't have experience with insurance company. They did not tell me that the service I want was not covered by the insurance. Charge you so much for very common and normal stuff, he met me for about 10 minutes and charge me $400 and when I came back as following up he charged me again $80 and said he does not have free following up appointment, it took 5 minutes, just asked me if there was any side effects to the medicine!!

#1 urologist of choice!!! I consider myself young & was very concerned about serious incontinence. Dr. Brian found out that a previous doctor had done a kindergarten school art project with my bladder sling. Dr. Brian repaired that mess & resolved my incontinence issues by 95% - an amazing feat since I had 15-20 issues daily & I occasionally have 1 a day now. TREMENDOUS DOC!!! The staff is top-notch as well.

I have had multiple very serious very private matters that he has helped alter and fix to improve my quality of life. He is very informative and has great bedside manner

Very friendly staff , Dr Nicholson is awesome

He didn’t answer my questions. Told me that I was just getting old, I’m 70. He also prescribed a medication that his staff took 3 days to call the pharmacy with then it turned out to be contraindicate to my other medications. I scheduled with another urologist a couple of weeks later and was treated like a patient should be.

Dr. Nicholson is a wonderful doctor. He has done surgery on me numerous times. Radical Prostectomy, urinary sling, and two AUS (Artificial Urinary Sphincters. He, like his father are first class Urologists and surgeons.

My first impression of Dr Brian Nicholson was some what pretty good. But my second visit he made me feel like I was insignificant. He was in and out in 10 seconds flat, never asking me if I had any questions or concerns. He is a very nice man but needs to be retrained in customer service.

Dr Nicholson is the best Urologist in this town!! He has been my Urologist for several years! I have chronic renal failure and require kidney stent surgeries due to radiation damage. He is the BEST!!

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nicholson to anyone. Awesome doctor.

He's a sweetheart, takes time to explain and discuss options. I ended up needing surgery and I have great results from his hard work (and my GYN's).

Dr. Nicholson is very kind and compassionate. He explains everything thoroughly and does not rush through your appointment. He is an amazing Doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
