I have been to Dr. Morgans office twice now and both times have been amazing. The staff at the front is super quick and efficient. I came to Dr. Morgan last month after being sick of my knee pain for 4 years. I got an x-ray and an MRI and came back for his medical opinion. He has suggested outpatient surgery to repair my meniscus. I will be sure to update my review after surgery but for now, I feel VERY confident in Dr. Morgans ability to get me back to doing sports and other physical hobbies. I had an appointment on a Friday at 9:00 AM. I live 30 mins away from his John's Creek office. I showed up 15 minutes prior to the appointment. exactly at 9 AM the front receptionist called me up to say that they received an email yesterday stating that they were no longer receiving my insurance type. I asked her why didn't they call me prior to me coming to the appointment. She said it was because they found out the day before. If I want to cancel my appointment I have to call 24 hours prior. Why isn't my time just as important. I had to travel an hour round trip for an appointment that I made 2 weeks in advance. The correct way to handle this would have been when the notice was received to check all patients scheduled for the next day and call them BEFORE they arrive at the office. It was both humiliating and frustrating they way they handled this. The doctor should have done a 10 minute FREE consultation for wasting my time and showing that people are the most important part of his practice. I never even got to the back room. This is my forth visit, every time I deal with an unpleasant receptionist desk (no smiles, hellos, and just rude). The doctors that I’ve met are awesome but dealing with the ladies at the desk makes me think about going elsewhere.

Dr. B. Morgan was great he did Surgery on my knee in 2005 and this was the first time to see him again. The wait was to long and he need to have the front desk to talk a little low because I don't want to know how much they owe on there bill. OrthoAtlanta is a busy place. But despite numerous patients waiting in lobby, I was called back within 12 min. I met with Dr Morgan. He’s wonderful.

I have used Piedmont Orthopedic in the past. They are easy to work with, scheduling is easy and quick and very professional. I had to return recently because of a car accident and again I was able to get same day appointment and wait time was quick.

This was my first time at OrthoAtlanta. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Matter of fact, everyone I encountered were welcoming. I loved the ladies in the x-ray room personalities. They made me laugh and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Morgan listened to my concerns and was very patient. I felt like I mattered.

Dr.Morgan is a very good listener, he takes time to listen to how you feel and he explains your diagnosis to you so you can understand. He is kind and never makes you feel like he is in a rush. Dr Morgan is always on point with his diagnosis and treatment. He fully explains test results and options for treatment. He has great interpersonal skills. His dr patient relationships are truly valued as exhibited by his listening to patient concerns. I have been seeing him since 2012.

I have seen many doctors and their practice and Dr Morgan has performed 8 of my 9 surgeries at that practice! There is rarely along wait and the staff is very professional and willing to do anything make the visit better. The receptionists will come out to help parents with mobility problems do the paperwork so the person doesn’t have to walk up to the desk. The entire staff here is professional and courteous. I have been coming here for two years and have rarely had to wait more than 10-15 minutes before being taken to an examination room. Dr. Morgan and PA Lontz are the greatest and I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing knee issues.

Dr. Morgan seems to be very nice and did a great job, but I would never recommed him because of his PA Scott. He's rude, abrasive, and doesn't listen to the patient. It's unfortunate that his PA is the reason whey Dr. Morgan gets bad reviews.

I've been a patient at this practice well over 15-yrs and was very disappointed with my visit on Thursday, October 1st with Dr. Morgan. I explained in detail of my previous cancellation for knee replacement and why. Also made him aware of the constant pain I'm dealing with now when going up/down stairs, mainly my right knee, bending, stooping or even being on my knees. To no avail nor discussion of the x-rays taken that day or questions from him regarding what if any are you doing/taking to ease my pain, I felt somewhat dumb struck. In the meantime, I sit in constant pain and nothing over the counter has helped me. A follow-up next month with hopes of the visit being much better than before, but I shouldn't have to contemplate thinking about going elsewhere for my treatment or not have it at all and suffer in the end.

It's been 4 years post-op (clavicle) and I feel great! I've been going to this office with any Ortho needs since and I'm always very satisfied with my visits.

Dr.Morgan from the first meeting was professional and took his time with me. I needed to have my knee replaced and after exhausting all remedies I had it replaced. I highly recommend OrthoAtlanta and Dr.Morgan and Scott. They have treated me very well, and take their time with me.

I went to see Dr. Morgan @ OrthoAtlanta Johns Creek on the recommendation of a friend. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am. The nurse finally greeted me at 9:30am. I waited additional time and was finally greeted by the physician assistant, who performed an assessment of my shoulder. The PA finished the examination and told me that he would have Dr. Morgan come in to say hello. He did in fact come in to the examination room, leaned against the counter and said that his PA had briefed him on my condition and he agreed that an MRI was needed. I then was asked to go to a different floor in the building to schedule an MRI appointment. The scheduler also scheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Morgan. However, it was going to take 3-4weeks to get an appointment to see the doctor. The PA was available later in the week. After scheduling the MRI and follow up, I called and cancelled both appointments. I refuse to be treated this way by a doctor notwithstanding their qualifications. I will find a doctor who cares about their patients and not just caring about their own paycheck. This behavior is unacceptable, but is very common with doctors in this day and time. I went to Dr Morgan over a year ago for a torn meniscus. He was kind and caring and spent the time to listen to me, not hurrying me so he could get to the next patient as soon as possible. He performed surgery on my knee and there is no scar and he restored my knee ( with follow up physical therapy after the surgery too) to its former glory. I had two clients who have seen him and had surgeries by him and they have glowed about him too. Highly recommend and I have NEVER written a Dr review before. I had rotator cuff repair and my son had a completely severed ACL that Dr. Morgan fixed at age 14. My son went on to play football in both High School and College thanks to Dr. Morgan. And my Shoulder feels better than my shoulder that didn't have to have surgery. 100% recommend him!!!

Dr. Morgan did a total knee replacement in April of 2018, followed my a manual manipulation 3 months later - the WORST experiences of my life. Through 8 months of agony, he maintained that my pain and complications were my fault or the fault of my physical therapists. When I finally had enough, and changed doctors, a revision surgery was required, as the new doctor quickly recognized my complications. After the revision I learned that the original hardware was too large for my bones!

I can not say enough about Dr.Morgan,he has giving me my quality of life back. Thank you for all of your hard work and doing what you had to do to give me back my life. I can not thank you enough . I am truly happy with the results.Thank you ,Sonya Diaz

As a patient, a senior and a nurse I found him to be overbearing. He ordered an unnecessary MRI for a broken arm that I refused to have as I never returned to see him and did orthopedic care in a different orthopedic practice. My arm healed just fine without the MRI. I personally thought he was a bully.

Terrible bedside manner, I will have to leave it at that.

I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Morgan and his staff. We went with the Conformist brand knee and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It was performed as an outpatient procedure at the Duluth Medical Center and again, was an outstanding experience.

Tore my acl, mcl, and meniscus three days before traveling abroad. I was in panic mode and came into his office really nervous and fearful of the recovery process. Allowed me to answer all of my questions, provided me a thorough walkthrough of the surgery and recovery process, and was very honest to me and my parents in the kindest way. The office staff is also incredible. Absolutely love this team and encourage you to be treated by them!

Dr Morgan and PA Scott Lontz took exceptional care of me. The entire process was explained in detail from start to finish. They are now my primary doctors for all my orthopedic care. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Morgan did my lateral meniscus repair in 2014. He immediately recognized my problem but confirmed it with an MRI, and we planned my surgery. He told me exactly what I could expect and he was completely on point. He's very easy on the eyes and has a great sense of humor. What's not to like?! Most importantly, however, he is extremely knowledgeable and thanks to his skilled hand and my trainer's prep, I was back on my feet earlier than expected. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Morgan!

Have worked with Dr. Morgan for many years being an athlete. Would recommend him to anyone who would ask for the best Doctor around! Very knowledgeable and very compassionate.

I saw his PA Scott Lontz. Scott is terrific. Is patient and listens. Will definitely come back as needed and recommend to others.
