I have been a patient of Dr Moraes for many years. In that time I have never had a problem with him. His staff on the other hand is an issue. They told me that my wife and I requested to have a tests done that wasn't covered by my insurance. They say they offered me a test that was $349 each but I declined it and chose to go with the same test but through my insurance for $745 that was not covered ( does that make sense?) My wife's bill after 1 year has removed they say as a courtesy but mine they will not removed. My provider Quest will not give me anymore tests until the bill is paid. So as we argue about the bill I cannot receive any lab work that my other doctors are requesting. This bill goes back to 3/9/21.

Dr. Moraes seems to be a good and competent physician. However, billing is a nightmare. Whoever handles billing never responds. "They'll get back to you". Despite two trips to the office to resolve issues, no one gets back to me. Not good. Not good at all.

Been with this doctors office for about a year now and the doctor as well as the PA are great....but the office staff and competence is astonishingly incompetent. Good luck even trying to get anyone on the phone. Trying to get authorization for a medication was like trying to launch the space shuttle! No one in the office cares not has an idea of what’s going on. This doctor should seriously consider replacing the entire staff

Staff are nasty and belligerent. The treatment I received from them especially Natasha was appalling. Dr non responsive to the way his staff treats patients. I never got past the first intake visit. My experience was horrible. I cancelled my next visit advising I’d never come back.

I love Dr. Moraes and his entire staff. They are always friendly and professional. Dr. Moraes and the other Medical providers in this office listen attentively and always address every concern I have.

I have worked at a local hospital for over 20 years. I know all the internists at my hospital and choose Dr. Moraes for myself and my family. There are two essential attributes you want your doctor to have: knowledge of medicine and good communication skills. He is an excellent diagnostician. He is compassionate and very competent. He takes time to review your lab work with you and advise lifestyle/diet changes as necessary. He is a doc who truly listens and cares.

Buyer beware. This doctor has hidden fees. Charges for writing letters such as jury duty excuses for $30, $10 fee if they draw blood in their office and God forbid you need medical marijuana about $150 not just once per year like they are supposed to but more like $150 each consult. I doubt this is the norm. When he does the labs there he sends out for tests not necessarily covered by Medicare and/or secondary insurance. I don't know what else whose he charges for.

This is one of the best offices I have been to in a long time. I love the fact that blood is drawn in office, and the nurse is amazing who does the blood work. Dr. Moraes takes his time in reviewing the lab results and offers so many options and not just try to force pills down your throat. You have to leave a message for his assistants due to them being a busy office but I got a returned call that same day at 6pm even .. that means a lot to me. The NP there is so rude dont even waste your time.

Dr Moraes is amazing. He combines the best of western and eastern medicine. I had suddenly gain over 60lbs and he was the only doctor who figured out how to fix me!!!!

Dr. Moraes is a fabulous doctor. My family has been using him for years. He takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and addresses them before you leave the office. He has researched many issues and offers natural sources to overcome your health issues as frequently as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I hesitate to recommend Dr. Moraes because I don't want too many people to find out what a fabulous family doctor he is. There may be a wait to see him but that is because he listens, cares, and doesn't rush through the appointment. He has become part of our family for ten or more years!

It took the staff 4 days to call in my prescription. When I went to go pick it up the pharmacist told me the Doctors office only called in a 14 day supply because they said I needed to make an appointment to see the Doctor. This clearly shows how incompetent the office is because I had scheduled an appointment to see the Doctor prior to asking for a refill on my medication. This office is not even capable of handling a simple prescription refill. How could you even trust them with your health?

Best Doctor I ever been too. I am over 50 and have been to a lot of doctors throughout my life. Dr. Moraes takes the time to speak with you and find a solution to your health problem. I feel he is genuinely concerned about meeting his patients needs. Everyone in the office is courteous and his Nurse Practitioner Nancy is a very good alternative to seeing the Doctor if he is not available and is very helpful and skillful.

Dr. Brian is very patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every detail of blood work and is always wiling to address my concerns.

He is an exemplary physician who will always give extra time and care whenever it is needed. Dr. Brian had recommended a gastroenterologist for my husband and I. My husband had no problem but, for two years in a row, he insisted I had gastric cancer without test results to back this diagnosis. Luckily, Dr. Brian called me right back and set up an appointment with a different doctor who read the test results and removed my fears with a non-life threatening and treatable ailment.
