Dr. Brian D Miller

Our experience over there is disastrous. I paid $100 for the examination of my gum. The tool used in the exam was very intrusive. I suspect the tool was not disinfected properly because after the examination I went through massive infection in my gum. I went to the other dentist to see what was going on and I was given antibiotics to fight the infection caused by the gum exam. I followed the advice of the other dentist to take the antibiotics for 10 days but even antibiotics can not stop the infection which has spread other area in my gum. I could not sleep very well because of the pain in my gum. I am considering a lawsuit against the dentist.

Dr. Miller has an amazing team working with him. He is amazing himself, but he is a perfectionist which did annoy me a bit but he took care of me and got my teeth in tip top shape!!!

I have had my braces off since my senior year of high school 2015. I never left my review however, and Dr. Miller and his staff really deserve to be recognized! I’m constantly looking at my teeth and feeling so thankful for all of Dr Miller’s time and work he put into my teeth. He was amazing!! I will be taking my children here when they are old enough, and if they need braces. I had a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth and a few years later, a part of it popped off as the glue was worn. I called them (mind you I haven’t been a “patient” in years) and they brought me right in, fixed me up, and even did a little extra and filed down my little ridgity front teeth. I highly recommend this orthodontist for any child or adult in the Wilkes barre Scranton area. He and his staff are all wonderful and super welcoming and gentle!! I was always afraid of dentists in general but they gave me such a great experience and the only discomfort ever felt was the usual tightness of braces but that’s inevitable. He did and amazing job on both of my children’s teeth.. He is the best in the Area..

My son was referred to Dr. Miller a few years ago with multiple dental issues. It’s safe to say the dentist wasn’t his favorite place to go because of these issues and tooth sensitivity. We’ve worked with Dr. Miler and numerous other dentists to create a treatment plan and I can speak from first hand experience that the results thus far have been nothing short of greatness. I never thought we would get to this point for my son and his smile but it’s safe to say that he has been and will continue to be in good hands. Dr. Miller and his staff put their patients at ease, are helpful and informative, always have the best interest of the patient, and take the good care of their patients from check in to check out. I highly recommend this office and I don’t write many reviews ever.

Dr. Miller's office is very nice, and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Miller uses the latest technology, and works efficiently. Dr. Miller himself however does not have a very desirable bedside manner. I find him to be extremely rude to my daughter and myself. He stated to me a few times that he is very good at what he does, and I believe him, but he tends to be short, (in stature and in mood) and condescending. I do not like him at all, but since we have already paid for the braces in full, I suppose that I will continue to go there. If you want straight teeth for yourself or your children, go to Dr. Miller, if you want to feel satisfied with your experience, see the staff, but avoid Dr. Miller!

Super upset with how he treated my wife!! Very rude and extremely ignorant, didn’t answer any of the questions he was asked ...Made her feel like this is her fault without knowing the whole story ....She left that office in tears ,Why would we pay this clown over 5 thousand for the treatment when he treats his patients like they are less then him !!! Best orthodontist in NEPA...

He did a wonderful job with my teeth. I wish I had a before and after bevause it is amazing.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. The doctor and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The office is inviting, clean, and comfortable and Dr. Miller uses the latest technology. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is not only looking for a beautiful smile, but for an enjoyable experience as well.

Have been seeing Dr. Miller for over two years now as an adult and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to have any Ortodontic work done! Very caring and attentive to you.
