Attentive, kind and professional. I've had to see a few ENT docs in my senior years...I've recommended Dr. Metz to many of my friends.

I have the upmost respect & convenience in Dr. Metz! His office employee's and nurses have always been the best!

He got rid of my sleep apnea, I was choking and waking up with headaches in the night.

I met with Dr. Metz various times throughout my process of getting a total thyroidectomy. He was nothing but professional, courteous, honest, and available for my concerns/questions. The scar is practically invisible, and he was dead-on with his assessment from the beginning. It's worth noting that due to my own disbelief, I pushed back on Dr. Metz, doubted him, looked for ways out of it, etc. He was extremely patient with me, and remained patient and in good spirits. Highly recommend.

Dr Metz is wonderful. He has seen both my dad and husband. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He did a great job on surgeries for my husband.

Close to 20 years ago, Dr. Metz did what I call the rotor rooter surgery on my sinuses. Up to that point, I had had nonstop infections for 2-3 years and many sinus problems even prior to that. Another ENT doctor had told me the whole thing was all in my head and just blew me off. Dr. Metz didn't stop until he figured out what was wrong. Post surgery, I have not had another sinus infection. Dr Metz spends as much time as needed with his patients to ensure they understand everything they need to know. He verbalized a concern he had and instead of simply trying to get a new patient referee me to another doctor for a checkup and let me know that if everything came back fine we could proceed then. I found this to be extremely refreshing and it creates a sense of trust. I would definitely recommend him.

Did not help at all. Charged over $250 to refer on to someone else. Avoid

My husband & both kids have seen Dr. Metz for a few years now. He was the first Doctor that was interested in getting to the bottom of our daughter's illness, instead of just brushing us off. He did my son's tonsil & adenoidectomy & both kids' balloon sinuplasty. Both have much less frequent & severe sinus infections now & have "graduated" from his care. My husband goes for allergy shots & has always had a good experience with Dr. Metz & the staff. My husband & both kids have seen Dr. Metz for a few years now. Dr. Metz and his staff were phenomenal. They were all kind, compassionate, and intelligent toward my sinus surgery. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They all went above and beyond to help me in any way.

Charged over $250 to refer me on to someone else.
