Dr. McKinnon absolutely took the time and effort to make sure my problem with infections in both ears was solved. He is extremely nice and listened intently while I explained what was going on. I had seen another doctor (not at Shea) for three months and got no relief from anything he tried. I could tell a difference in my hearing as soon as I left his clinic, and it only got better in the days following. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. McKinnon!

Dr.Mckinnon went above and beyond his duties as a surgeon. He explained everything that would occur with my cochlear implant surgery. He followed up both to me and my waiting family while I was in recovery. He often greets you in the reception area when your follow up appointments are scheduled and is always very timely.Dr. Mckinnon is not only a great surgeon ,but a caring professional.
