Dr. Brian P Maillard

I've been to several eye care professionals over the last 35+ years and this place has been the best by far! Katie, the receptionist, is very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about insurances. Dr. Maillard took his time, did a thorough exam and kindly answered my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. It's been challenging to find contact lenses that fit properly and he is the only optometrist who has taken the time to find the right fit. It is clear that Dr. Maillard values his patients. PS- having Bella in the office is an added bonus! She is so sweet!

The staff was welcoming and professional. They were helpful in scheduling my appointments and in choosing glasses frames. The office seems to have state of the art technology for eye exams. Dr. Mailliard was patient, kind, and explained the exam results to me.

They canceled my first appointment and then rescheduled. At the last minute and after I scheduled time off of work, they stated they no longer take my insurance, but I can pay out of pocket. They wasted months and months of my time when I don't have any glasses.

Won't accept Blue Cross Blue Shield from TX from me and that's my main insurance. I'm not doing an eye appointment with them

Used to be good before covid. They closed because of a snowstorm on the day of my my appt, called just yesterday they didnt have any appts according to them so it got pushed out to aug, called again one day later after requesting to be on a list in case, you know someone cancles .. they are only booked until april and had a ton of cancellations now but they cant give me a sooner appt. It’s too bad I did like Dr Maillard so that’s why this is 2 stars, but his staff member Katie was rude and very unhelpful so I won’t be returning here.

ive been goin there for many yrs. the dr and staff are and have always been prof. and friendly. not one complaint from me

Nice state of the art equipment. Glasses right the first time. He helped me Dial in" bifocal contacts.

My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences at Village Eye Care. Dr Maillard and his staff are very professional and attentive. The office is clean, the waiting room is comfortable and the vision center offers a great selection of glasses. We won’t go anywhere else.

Great and friendly place. Fantastic people. Clean. Would never go to anyone else. Would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend Village Eye Care. Dr. Maillard is very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. His staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and outgoing. I had a great experience at this office and strongly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Fantastic people! So caring & very nice! Highly recommend!

Great service, quick and informative appointment with the doctor. Followed by a quick and delightful experience picking out frames. Have been back for follow ups to get frames adjusted and so on and they have been just as delightful and quick. Highly recommend!

His office is fantastic. I’ve never met a more friendly and inviting person in the realm of healthcare. Very impressed. Staff is excellent. Within two visits they remember you and are excellent with communication and rescheduling. I’ve also encountered staff outside the office (in the store or something) and they don’t hesitate to say hello and check on how things are going. Overall? 5/5. I’d recommend his office to anyone.

Very professional and courteous

Dr Maillard is great, staff on the other hand eh. Forgot to mention ring around lenses on a high end pair of glasses disappointing but I will never go there again.
