I had a great experience at that office. I have had nasal breathing problems for a long time primarily triggered by environmental allergies. My first appointment, one day after i called the office, was with Mary Pleshtiyev, PA. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and recommended a surgery to remove polyps after a quick in-office scan. I had surgery with Dr Lee the following week, a few follow-ups with Mary afterwards, and been breathing so well since!

He botched my sinus surgery and ignored my complaints about ear pain. The guy pushed opiod drugs super hard (gave me about 10x more than I would ever need), but he said he could not prescribe an anti anxiety medication. Said he could lose his license. Sounds like he could lose his payoff from opiate manufacturer. I still can't breath and I am $8,000 lighter in the pocket. Don't go to this guy. He should not be practicing medicine. He's just another Scottsdale drug pusher.

DO NOT go here for hearing loss. They just want to perform sinus surgery. If you need it, they are amazing. I came there for hearing loss. Completely unrelated to the hearing loss, was told I needed sinus surgery. I had the surgery and now they will not assist in getting approval for the MRI to try to diagnose the cause. I have 3 of the listed symptoms for approval. All they had to do was tell my insurance comany I had one of the symptoms. Instead they referred me to someone else. So I after 3 months delayed care, my hearing is worse and I have to start over. Looks like they made their big $ on the 15 minute surgery and now the actual problem I came in for isn't worth the trouble for them. DO NOT go here for hearing loss. I met Dr Lee at a restaurant and just happen to be looking for a new Dr. Today was my first visit and I couldn't be happier. The front desk team were friendly and efficient and I was taken to the room promptly. The medical assistants greeted me immediately, knowledgeable, and super friendly. When I was seen by Dr. Lee I did not feel rushed at all and he answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative. I just had a procedure done at Scottsdale Sinus and Allergy clinic a couple of days ago. I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr Brian Lee and his entire staff are very professional and caring. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone that requires the services he provides.

I consulted with three ENT doctors prior to seeing Dr. Brian Lee, MD. All told me I needed sinus surgery in a hospital setting with general anesthesia and that I had no other options to drain my sinuses and clear the chronic sinusitis I had been dealing with for many months. I then found Dr. Lee’s website describing his modern technique called “balloon sinuplasty” done in his office using local anesthesia, and immediately called for an appointment. Taylor sincerely cared about my desperation and set me up to see him in just a few days. The office was cheerful, professional, welcoming, AND he was on time to see me. After his thorough explanation of the procedure and having answered all of my questions and concerns I knew I had found the right doctor and the office I was hoping for. I went to see Dr Lee as a follow up review on 12/11/2020 and he literally saw me for 3 minutes to tell me my test results for Vertigo came back negative and sent me home. He said there was nothing he could do to help me. My point is if this was all he wanted to tell me then why ask me to come in and take my money for his Dr visit when he or his medical assistant could have told me this over the phone and saved my time and money in a time like this. Had a referral to him from my primary md. Never met him, paid my co-pay for a specialist, but was taken to a P/A at Dr Lee's practice. She diagnosed my problem, prescribed ointment from a mail order pharmacy to use at home, which I still haven't received going on 2 weeks. Her primary concern was to hard sell me on an office procedure that would net them much more of a fee. I repeated to her I preferred to try the at home medication prior to committing to the more involved procedure. I was very underwhelmed by the encounter at this office. The doctor did take the time to listen to my questions but continued to minimize my concerns to only allergy related. Within a week of being seen, I was still ill with an infection Dr. Lee informed me was only allergies. I did not anticipate such an expensive medical visit that genuinely did not help me improve my chronic sinus infection that continues to prevail in my ears, throat, and nose. I had never been to an ENT, and didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Lee was professional, friendly and figured out what was going on with my nose. The staff was quick and friendly which is what you need if you are in pain. Highly recommend!

This morning I had my "annual" wax removal from my ears. It was the first time that I scheduled to have a PA perform this. Cassie Woods (PA) is a wonderful person, highly skilled, very personable (good "bedside manner") and very compassionate. She did an outstanding job. Well done! Thanks

Website states Family care and reviews suggest he has seen children. When I called they said he does not do Pediatric care. You may want to provide more clarity on the web about what age of patients you treat.

The front desk staff are probably the most rude and unprofessional group I have seen. Everyone acts like they are being put out when I call. Absolutely unbelievable. They offer little help for a doctors office and that is unacceptable on several levels. Look elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human.

I had ear pain and visited the hospital. The doctor was too rude. Even after saying that my ear was paining while he was examining my ear and trying to remove wax from it, he still continued to remove the wax and harshly said that, it will pain there is no option other than taking the pain. The pain was horrible. I asked him to stop. He was frustrated and asked me to visit after a week and meanwhile asked me touto some eardrops he prescribed. I was able to get in quickly, however when my symptoms didn’t resolve and I went back in for a follow up I felt the staff treated me more like a burden then actually caring about my concerns. They have a online portal that they send you a link for at your first visit but it’s never checked. When I told the receptionist that I left a message for my doctor on there she didn’t know what I was talking about then made a comment about how no one checks it...so then why is it offered? Dr Lee seemed nice enough but when asked what the next step should be he didn’t give much help and suggested that I keep doing what I was doing, which wasn’t helping. Dr. Lee is very professional and offers solutions that can help. You will not wait long to see him and everyone in the office is very helpful. It is a bit of a drive to the office for me but worth it.

Dr. Lee is incredibly talented, and very willing to listen to all of my concerns. I had a lot of damage to my middle ear on both sides due to cholosteotomas, and I get PERFECT care from Dr. Lee. He is a god-send, seriously!

Dr Lee provided thorough diagnosis and proposed treatments. He listened closely and did not dismiss my concerns despite being unable to identify the cause. He gave additional options, but explained the pros/cons and whether he felt they would likely provided any resolution. He spent more time exploring options than I would expect from a specialist. Ultimately, he referred me to a deeper specialist rather than guessing or doing unnecessary procedures or drugs. i was having issues with my ear being plugged and constantly clearing my throat. I made an appointment and got in within the same week. I was able to pre fill out the forms from their web site which saved a ton of time. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person and they were helpful with any questions I had with my insurance information. Dr Lee was also very professional and knowledgeable and patient when listing to my issues. He was able to diagnose my issue same day and his medial advise and prescriptions helped me tremendously, so much I ended up not needing a followup appointment and was able to cancel without issues. I have seen Brian twice now. He comes in and gets right down to business and listened to my concerns/symptoms. He took steps to investigate my symptoms and gave me his impressions. He is very straight and to the point. I can feel his confidence and intelligence when he speaks. He is just very matter of fact which I prefer. I felt that he listened, investigated, and properly diagnosed my issues. I will definitely go back to Dr. Lee. The office does feel dated, however it is in an older Scottsdale Business Building. WOW! unbelievable bad experience!

Very dismissive and says there is nothing he can do for me.

Was not able to make an appointment, receptionist was very rude. Total red flag when the first customer service interaction is a sour one. I'd ask to be seen elsewhere.

Misdiagnosed me, went in with swallowing issues, tells me I don't have swallowing issues, without testing me. After checking my throat, he sprayed one nostril came back and shoved a tube up my nose. I have his notes and he wrote can't see secondary throat not visible. that's because I was NOT numb, I was gaging on the tube he put in me, but didn't care, he took it out, and walked away, left me there wondering are we done. I had to figure out where the exit was. What a waste of time and money, now I have to go get a second opinion. He took ONE hour before they called me back. There must have been 6 people there at the same time I was there. Over booking, Only one doctor. So, I was the last one called in waited one hour, no apology. Since, I have his notes he assess me and billed my insurance as dysphagia and throat pain. BUT he said I can't help you, you have no swallowing issues and would not do a Swallow eval. Would not recommend. Superficially the office staff are friendly and Dr. Lee appears knowledgeable. However, Dr. Lee's bedside manner, misleading billing policies, and antiquated office were a deal breaker for me. My story- I was referred to Dr. Lee by my primary care physician about trouble breathing through my nose. In total, Dr. Lee spent ten minutes with me, I was asked to sign a procedure waiver, and he examined my nose with an endoscope. I asked about the waiver, because it said I would be financially responsible for the procedure, and the assistant told me not to worry about it. That was my first disappointment with this office, because two months later I received a bill for a "moderate complexity visit" and a $196.86 procedure fee for the endoscope. Further, I left Dr. Lee's office feeling like I didn't gain any more information about my condition than before I had come. Later, I ran into a lot of trouble getting my records from the office due to "office policies" and the fact that none of their office is digital. I was told that they could only fax or mail me a request of records form (no email because they do not possess work email addresses), and that I would need to fax or mail it back, which I did. Once I faxed it back I received a call two days later that I would need to come in and pick up the records because they do not mail or fax records. Which leads me to believe that the office is also disorganized or not knowledgeable about their own policies, because one employee told me that they would be mailed to me and the next employee said that that was against their policy. Question? It hurts when I swallow very close to where my ear and jaw connect. My ear has never had a constant problem like this that will not go away. Inner numbness and dull constant pain for 8 months. Answer: Dr. Lee discovered that it was neither my ear nor my “necrotic tooth” but rather my jaw from TMJ causing inflammation around the ear, tooth and jaw. Thanks again ???? Question? Dr. Brian Lee was great! I saw him for a short consultation regarding an episode that sent me to the Emergency Room. He listened very carefully and asked a lot of very specific and thoughtful questions. He gave me his opinion in a very caring, kind, and reassuring manner. However, his office staff cannot be trusted. They are totally incompetent. They lost my paperwork, 10 pages of forms that I brought with me. They later accused me of never having brought it the first place! Watch them carefully

Professional and efficient staff and service!

After calling more than 10 ENTs, I finally found one that accepted my insurance and could see me, wait...the next day! The office was easy to find, clean, spacious waiting room, and helpful front desk staff. I waited no more than 10 min, to see Dr. Lee. Despite being a new pt. Dr. Lee did not try to make me schedule another appt. to complete my procedure. I was out of office within 45 min of my appt. time with my problem resolved. Will recommend Dr. Lee to anyone needing a fantastic ENT.

Dr. Lee is awesome. Highly recommend. He is definitely my "go to" ENT. Easy to get an appointment without waiting for months, and staff is very nice and very efficient.

I am so pleased with DR Lee,he treated my 87 year old mother with respect and gave her the best of care .I highly recommend him .

Dr Brian Lee and his staff are AMAZING. I went in for an ear infection and he was really awesome at letting me know what was going on. Ended up having a tumor and he has answered all questions and has been a great doctor to have to deal with this. I would recommend this doctor and his staff to ANYONE.

I called several ENT's in the area to try to get an appointment. They all told me because I was a new patient I had to undergo a "Hearing Test" which made no sense based on the issue I was experiencing. I found Dr Lee's office and they squeezed me in next day because I was experiencing discomfort. The staff was very friendly and professional. I quickly saw Dr Lee who was himself very polite and took the time to explain things. After a quick examination (and no ridiculous tests I didn't need) he was able to provide relief. Don't waste your time with all the other ENT's who want you to undergo tests you don't need!! Dr Lee really cares and practices ethically!! I will be back...!!
