Justine is the absolute worst...WELL before Covid she was terrible with billing and customer service, now she is just the most unprofessional and lazy person I've come across there in 10yrs. Dr. Kroll has gone down hill the last few years himself, barley seeing patients, always a new nurse assistant because they never stay long, disappointed with the entire First Choice Medical Clinic. Accidentally reviewed this Dr in a negative light in error. I apologize. Dr Kroll was my dr for many years and I miss him dearly but he no longer takes my coverage. I have yet to find a Dr I trust as much since.

Dr. Kroll is attentive, personable, knowledgeable and interactive. I am very glad to have him as my primary care doctor.

Use to be great office now not so much I’m always told to go to urgent care when I really need to see physician

His even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.

Been his patient for 15 years.I liked him in the beginning years. Recently had an event that I desperately needed him to diagnose. He twice pawned me off to his Nurse Practitioner. HE HAS 7000 PATIENTS!. I was told he can only see me on my regular appt. day. So if you're sick, they tell you to go to a walk in clinic. Who needs a doctor like that? I don't. Both Dr. Kroll and Dr. Tharp have seen me. Great "bedside manner" from both. Was in today to have a stitch removed, and was in and out in about 5 minutes.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kroll's office to anyone seeking a new doctor. Here is how they treated me and my wife: She had on Tuesday, the 13th and we covered many issues. He then signed a letter dated the next day 14th, how he was dropping both of us due to our insurance (Tricare Prime). This with labs and other work in progress. Why couldn't he inform me of this in advance instead of in the middle of work ups. Now we are stuck trying to find a new doctor mid-crisis. This after we stuck with his office during staff shortages and being unable to get appointments for many months (pre-covid even). Thanks a lot for nothing.

Absolutely HEARTLESS, in it for the money. Shows NO concern for medical issues he doesnt feel like dealing with or can diagnose you over the phone with 1 word!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! I've been a patient of his for years and the very first time I have a medical concern, NOTHING!!! No appointment, no tests, NOTHING!!!! The staff can be nice once in a while but not enough to keep me as a patient. The quicker he gets you out, the better. There is 1 good thing about him, he filled my antidepressants and anxiety meds(something I absolutely need), other than that, NO USE AT ALL. My chiropractor had a MRI done on my neck and in it they found stones by accident (no idea where they are, kidney, gallbladder, etc etc) and they sent his office the tests results 3 times and what a shock, they have no info on it. Orion weight loss clinic and all the staff are so amazing!! So friendly, so caring, and just a great lay out! They are the best and they monitor everything so closely along with Dr. Kroll!

Just read the negative reviews. I'm not sure what you people are looking for in a doctor. As for my experience he is phenomenal. His staff has caught two life threatening issues in the last 4 years. Dr. KROLL is the best doctor around! In the past I have had some not so great encounters with some of his staff with acting like I was a problem or it was a hassle if I needed something. I have to say they are really turning that office around. I recently had a few issues and Justine was absolutely amazing! She is definitely the best he has got! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kroll's office to anyone seeking a new doctor. His office staff leaves little to be desired. I would steer clear of any Access Health related doctor office. Here is how they treat their patients... I had an appt scheduled. I went for my lab work and scheduled time off work. The day before my appt I received a message. "We no longer accept Cigna your appt is cancelled". They couldn't be bothered to inform me of this months prior when they decided not to take Cigna. As everyone knows it takes months to get into a new doctor. This same thing happened to a couple other people I know so it appears to be common practice with them. They just blow you off and say it was the insurance co.'s responsibility to inform you. I would avoid Dr. Kroll unless you absolutely can't find anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll’s practice for 15 years! I called today for a check up and was told I can not get in until May! I had corporate insurance for many years and NEVER had an issue getting an appointment within a week. Now I have a different plan that we pay for but I am assuming they don’t want to take patients with this insurance! I am absolutely disgusted and angry...obviously you all are out for the money...hence your weight loss program that seems to be the priority of your practice. So incredibly bad for a Dr. to reject someone who has been with them for this many years! In addition it was NEVER a good experience going to this practice, constant turn over etc...I never saw the same nurse practitioner more than once and only saw Dr. Kroll once over all these years which obviously speaks to the way this practice is managed:( I only continued going there due to the many years I had been a patient and it was just easier than to start over! Not sure why anyone would give Dr kroll anything other than 5 star rating. One of the last old school doctors left. He listens and spends time with you. He cares about his patients .

Dr Kroll is a very kind and concerned DR. I implicitly trust his knowledge. I can't believe how hard he works. He deserves a medal.

My experience was the worst! I was having a severe colitis attack and they told me they couldn't see me for a month so to go to a walk in clinic! They don't even care. I looked in the portal and there were four things wrong and they never addressed that either! Terrible more interested in their weight loss clinic than helping people. If it looks like a duck!

This guy is absolutely horrible. Walks in sits down never even puts a stethoscope to you unless you say your having chest pains. Looks at his computer not the patient. Stay away.

Very uncaring and very arrogant and not too intelligent. No show for appointments several times with me and no call to inform me of his absence. Office not organized and does not speak with patients just at them. Only cares about accomplish in what his boss wants and not the care of his patient.

I Was there for having multiple head aches and slightly elevated blood pressure I had the unfortunate opportunity to of been seen by doctor David M Kirera. First of all I couldn’t understand a word he was saying, he told me he can’t fix me all at once he will do one thing at a time which that was fine but then he proceeded to tell me that he’s spent too much time with me. I am a cash paying patient, I will most definitely be spending my money else where. Dr. Kroll and his staff are always super friendly and professional. Whether you are there for Orion, or a wellness check/ doctor's visit they treat you like a member of the family! Dr Kroll's office is excellent. From the front office staff, to the nurses, to the doctor himself. They all make me feel like I am at home, when I come see him. Most unprofessional staff ever, NO ONE ever answers the phone and it takes DAYS to get a call back when you leave a message, when (if) you do get a call back they are rude.

Not impressed. Was rushed through new patient appt. Things were not explained, I did not feel like I was taken seriously. Whenever I call, I get a machine. I leave messages and never hear back. Don't waste your time here.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a patient for years and have ignored their attitudes until I was in last week feeling very sick and told I’ll have to wait for a long time probably hours because I didn’t make an apptointment. I had called at 9am and no one answered the phone so I left a message at the appointent answering machine but by 2 o’clock I still had no return call. Wow, I came into Dr. Kroll Office about 60 pounds overweight and issues with being tired and sleepy frequently. Less than 6 months I lost the sixty pounds along with getting my energy back and a new lease on life. The staff is very out going, down to earth and straight forward. I found out when dealing with medical professionals the best policy is honesty and being straight forward with your expectations within logical reason. If there is something that you can not do, or if there is something that doesn't work for you just be honest enough to say " hey Doc this does not work for me". Like all things in life you, you get out what you put in. If you are an individual who overall health matters to you; taking the right steps along with asking the proper questions along with being 100% honest no matter how embarrassing the issue is with your medical professional helps you with achieving the results you are looking for. ( Life is to short why waste it in a Dr. Office by insulting and trying to make your medical professional run through a gauntlet) It is always easier to work with the medical professional by properly explaining your thoughts feelings and concerns than working against them. By working against the medical professional in the end you pay the ultimate sacrifice of not being satisfied and untreated. Get to know the medical professional, build a rapport, and relationship with the professional and his staff, be courteous. Remember that health is a combination of spirit and body why mess it up by being in a bad mood. Dr. Kroll gets a A+ in my book especially his Orion Staff (Paige) and the ladies who work the receptionist and appointments desk ( Daisy, & Alisha). Have been with the practice for years now they denied my diabetes refill prescription because i haven't seen the Dr. in 6 months in the years i have been here that has never been a requirement and they wont refill it until i see the dr. and that wont be until next month. so they want me to go a month without diabetes medicine. i will be looking for a new dr!!!! I had a catastrophic injury a few years ago. I had one appointment with his NP and she ordered blood work. I am taking valium and oxycodone which I disclosed on the medication list in addition to having a medical marijuana prescription.. I didn't include Imitrex (Sumatriptan), prescribed by my neurologist for migraine headaches, on my medication list which contains TCA. Forgive me for being human! It's not even a Classified medication. The blood tests showed TCA and cannabis so he discharged me without consultation. Imitrex is prescribed monthly and is not an opioid and neither drug is addictive. Did he forget the oath he took? Shame on him. Seek another doctor if want a doctor who is kind and compassionate.
